The Hispanic lady working as the cashier on August 2, 23 around 2pm customer service was not acceptable. Gave me a pizza that was not fresh with no receipt. I walked ten seconds to the car checked the food then went back inside and asked politely for a freshly made pizza. Instead, being very rude she gave me a speech about taking the food outside the place instead of checking it inside. She should’ve just made a new pizza because nobody was in the store at that time. I asked for a refund instead of arguing with her. What kind of customer service is that?

So I came in tonight for a 2 Slices-N-Sticks, and the cashier was very rude. She told me 10 minutes wait of course I don’t expect my food to be done exactly in 10 minutes. 20 minutes passed and I asked “do you know how much longer?” She ignored me the first time the second time she got loud and aggressive for no reason because I asked a simple question. I would not recommend this location to anyone because the customer service is TERRIBLE!

Pizza was hot and ready, taste was spot on. My complaint is how they cut the pizza. In what world is pizza cut like a grid? This is not the standard that Little Caesars has set, and it should be up to the individual to cut the pizza differently, or at least request it at the counter. Pizza slices are always triangles! Even a rocket scientist knows this!

I WOULD GIVE IT 5 STAR … THEY have good service AND good food(i get specially made orders) BBBBUUUTTT when I order from the LITTLE CAESARS app it’s gives me the certain price… but the store charges me extra(WITHOUT ME EVEN KNOWING)…. UNTIL I go to pick up my ORDER…perfect example…Friday 2/03/23 my order was $42.51 on the app and what I agreed and thought i was paying….but on my physical receipt and my email statement from my card shows that I was actually charged $51.01!!

The only go on grant it’s my go to. I don’t ever wait long. Unless they have to make a fresh batch. The pizza is delicious for the price I always ask for the garlic butter sauce n it makes it taste even better. Service is great! I love how I’m in n out n no time.
