I frequently go to this location because it is the nearest one to my home. I am a vegetarian woman who only eats my sandwiches with cheese, lettuce, onions and black pepper. The person making my sandwiches (Mark Appleby) made two sandwiches for me. When getting to my sandwich I wanted extra lettuce he told me no because there is no way to charge for it. I said I understand but that is all I am getting on my sandwich. I come subway at least once a week and he has refused to make my sandwich with extra lettuce for three times now. Every other person gladly puts extra lettuce on it without any hesitation. Park in turn threw away both of my sandwich’s while I was standing there. This is his third time doing that as well. I am disgusted with the lack of customer service he displays to me. I always get great service from every subway I go to. In order to get a sandwich I had to go to the Publix in the same parking lot, who again had no problem giving me extra lettuce. I would like to speak to something regarding this because it’s a shame to have to in counter someone like Mark. He refused to give me his name just walked off after rudely throwing my sandwiches away. I had a sandwich for my elderly mother who loves subway as much as I do. The employees looked disappointed that he wouldn’t give me extra lettuce and even offered his name.

I saw the bad reviews on their poor customer service before coming today. Crossed my fingers and came for dinner (5:00pm on a Wednesday) anyways. The two employees here, a guy and girl, were awesome. They were awesome with me and with those they served while I was eating there. Food was fresh and tasted great. Facility is clean. Music choice is perfect. No complaints on my end.

I went into Subway on Wednesday on Sept 7 2022 to buy two Sub late evening two white guys were working that evening shift he were fixing my sandwich he put the meat on the bread first I ask him to toast my bread first, he took the meat off the bread and threw it back into the pan with a nasty attitude and the bacon was half cook I will not be going back to this Subway.if he going to work with people’s and take there order people’s change there mind on how they want their Sandwich fix. He were really Rude who want to spend money there so he can make a pay check off people’s with nasty attitude I am not the one if I am going to spend my money with you. No star from Me left outta there went to another Subway I don’t want to give a star but want post a less I click on a star.I want to give no stars.

This place has the worst customer service ever. I ordered two chopped salads online and when I received it my salads was not chopped. When I call them to let them know what was wrong with my order the guy hung up in my face. When I went back in there for my them to fix my order they still had a nasty attitude and kept saying well that is not what was on our computer. At first they did not want to refix my order until I showed them proof that, that is what I ordered. One of the employees ended up saying they will remake it. On top of that their ceaser salad dressing tasted too much like mayo. All I can say is they need to train their staff more or make sure they staff have the correct attitude to work there.

This is by far the worst subway I’ve ever been to, and it’s all thanks to the employees. There was a couple of customers and 3 employees of which only the new girl was working/ helping customers (she said she just started today when I asked for the other employees names). The other two employees was just standing there ignoring all the customers. The male probably 19 has a horrible attitude we’ve seen him there before and thought we would give them one more chance definitely the last time we’ve gone to this subway! The one on south Cobb Dr is much better and I would rather drive to that one.

Work at the publix right by this subway so im a daily customer, I have been told that i have been watched on their security cameras while i eat by the managers because i guess they don’t trust me eating there on my lunch breaks. I have gotten attitudes constantly while ordering for their signature wraps, don’t know what the deal is but at this point i have given up on this subway. Some of the newer guys are cool, its the two bigger ladies who constantly have issues with me while i order. Its a shame because the wraps are amazing .

This is the worst subway I have ever been at ! If I could give this no stars believe I would . The people who work here are garbage , they don’t pay attention to what you say at all . The young lady was too Ingrossed in her phone to listen what I was saying& in result Put the wrong things on my sub twice . This leading them to throw away two sandwiches and make me the correct one I acted for . My husband chicken bacon ranch wasn’t even toasted correctly , the chicken was ice cold , the bacon was clearly not cooked right . They were out of almost all the bread . They had no tuna fish . The spinach and lettuce had clearly been sitting there for a good while. They were out of cups for the kid meal and toys for the kid meal . The owner of this place should fire and rehire all new people .

Horrible customer service! Tried to serve me the last piece of wheat bread that no one clearly wanted because it was burnt and disgusting looking! When I refused to accept it, that’s when she told me it was the last one left. Really? Oh so you just tried to play me by giving me the last piece of jacked up bread and thought I wasn’t going to say anything about it! Not happening! Subway, you cost too much to be trying to hoodwink your customers! I left and won’t be returning! I’m smarter than that and I work too hard for my money! Bye!
