Zaxby’s just recently opened back up after what we though was repairs being done. Hubby took me to Zaxby’s for dinner. We’ve always enjoyed our food from there but tonight was a different story. First off, the cashier that waited on us acted like it was a bother to take our order. No smiles, no thank you, nothing. We got our cups and went to get our drinks. Both of the flavors I wanted were out, Coke and Mello-yello! Not to mention the machine needed cleaning! Then we went to sit in a booth and I sat down and the seat half way collapsed! He got the Chicken tender dinner which was much smaller than usual. I got the new shrimp dinner which was small as well and the shrimp was way over seasoned and you could tell it was fried in the same grease as the chicken. Needless to say this was our last visit there. It definitely wasn’t worth the money!

My family and I stopped in for quick dine-in meal around 4pm on 8/6/22. We received our meals quickly and found appropriate seating in the dining area. We were shocked with the persistent profane language coming from the kitchen. The staff wasn’t arguing with each other but having a loud casual conversation with each other using profanity. I expected better. This level of unprofessionalism is contrary to what I am accustomed to when visiting Zaxby’s. Will have to think long and hard before visiting this location again…

We had gone through the drive thru, The employees were rushed and rude and got the very simple order wrong so I had to go inside. Luckily I knew with the fast food track record to check the order before we left. My husband’s chicken wings were under cooked the fries had very little seasoning, my husband’s toast/bread was soggy and everything was cold. when I went inside after realizing they had forgotten my cheese an older gentleman who I believe was the manager asked if anyone had helped me and I told him what happened and there was no apology or anything. Had I noticed all of the issues besides the cheese before driving home, they would have gotten both meals back and given me a refund! We will not be back!

The people didn’t care. Restaurant was dirty/ sticky, some food was hot some wasn’t. Fries were dead…limp and no seasoning. Booth next to me was tagged out because it was falling apart. The air conditioner above it has parts hanging from it. The drinks sucked because the machine wasn’t mixing them right…tried 3 different flavors. Not a good night for Thomasville Zaxby’s.

This location is the most ghetto and poorly ran zaxbys I’ve ever been to every single time I go they forget something on my order or do something wrong one time I ordered a sandwich specially made and they burned the hell out of my sandwich the lines are so long so I didn’t even bother going back for a refund please hire cooks that know what they are doing sometimes the fries are either over cooked or under seasoned the cooking is never consistent at all

I haven’t eaten here in forever. I figured I would grab me a kickin’ chicken sandwich. Got it home and after paying the high prices of food these days, the chicken was so salty I almost couldn’t eat it and they burnt the bun…. Really, you send out a sandwich on a burnt bun???? My family has been eating at this location for two and a half years. While it is one of the best tasting fast food options to choose from, this location has never been able to pull it together for service or speed of food preparation. I’m sure the first thought would be that there’s not enough resources on staff. Go ahead and mark that one off the list because that is definitely not the case at this location. It is clearly mismanaged and poorly operated. I thought I was getting ahead of the game by recently downloading the mobile app and ordering online. Big mistake! If you’re reading this review and you have other options to eat from, please do so. It’s just simply not worth the hassle. You will most likely wait an extended time period for your order, your order may be wrong, or it may just simply be missed.
