Horrible customer service I ordered 2 hot Italian boats that are hot subs I get home and both are cold subs I call them and they tell me to bring them back and they can heat them for me I didn’t make the mistake why should have to go back and wait for them to heat my subs they should have made new ones and traded them out so I don’t have to waste more of my time because of there mistakes I will not be ordering there any more the boats are way better at the hallam location anyway I wish I could rate them a -1 and if you want a really great great sub go to hefty lefty’s at the central market the subs are way better and they give you more meat

One person there was willing to help me but it was very obvious it was extremely busy. Felt very rushed to get through my order but an older gentleman was very helpful through all of this and everything going on around us. That I can Overlook because I know how busy it can be in that kind of atmosphere. But my pizza was folded against the top lid of the box. As though it was rushed to close it. Just trying to give constructive criticism because I’m a long time fan of Jim and Nena’s! Besides some things that you can’t avoid as always the pizza was delicious!

We ordered 2 cheesesteaks, 1 with light onions of which I’m still picking them off and 1 regular cheesesteak. The meat was burnt on both sandwiches my roll was burnt the other one looked like it wasn’t even browned. Lesson learned won’t be returning here to eat again Horrible, horrible food

We typically order from here all the time because we love the food and loved the customer service. Today will probably be the last time we order though. I placed an order online at about 3:45/3:50pm today for delivery before my hubby had to leave for work on 3rd shift, so he could have the opportunity to eat something quick before he had to leave and take the rest with him for an easy lunch. Delivery time was estimated to be at 4:42pm which would have been perfect. 5pm rolls around and still nothing, when my hubs has to leave at 5:15. I call to ask about our order and am told their initial driver simply just NEVER even took my order and someone can try to come with it now but don’t know how long it will take. Well, the order doesn’t show up, and my husband had to leave and go to work hungry and without any lunch for the night, because my order couldn’t be delivered until about 5:30pm, over an hour and a half after I’d ordered it, and more than a half hour after the initial time it was supposed to arrive, and our fries are cold. I literally wasted $25 today ordering from here to try and make things easier for us tonight and enjoy some good food, and it was just the worst experience we’ve ever had, our order could barely be kept track of, so I’m really turned off after this and don’t know if we’ll be back. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience, and we can’t even get our money back. This place is just going more and more downhill it seems, and it’s sad

I had given this restaurant a grand review and the same day I had someone spit in my food and send out horrible food I believe was cooked bad on purpose bc I only tipped 3$ For delivery less than .5 miles away. I will never order here again. The taste of someone else’s saliva haunts me.

It saddens me to write this because this use to be my favorite go to place in York they use to make they food with pride but past few times they was very disappointing but noticed there was a lot new staff so took that into consideration. Well it been a few months seince I’ve been back and made the choice to try it agian today it was horrible not a single cook was there that use to be there and allways so friendly but instead was guys I never seen before and seemed to not care much about anything it took 15 mins to just get a single slice of pizza with no surprise it was hard as a rock at the crust then the cheesesteak was made so poorly I asked for cheesesteak with everything on it plus hot peppers and there was barley and meat only hot peppers on one spot of the sub there was litterly more lettuce then meat on sub and only two little slices of tomato on it and ends not bread was hard as a rock and top it off the guy at cash register was just ignorant when takeing order than 15 mins into waiting for my food he ask me again if I called in cause he forgot he allready took my order idk it just sad cause this place use to be my favorite place in York. Now I guess I’ll be takeing my business to Marcos. I hope the owner get stuff straightened out cause apparently this isent just my experience if you look at all the reviews recently there all like mine. Bring back the old cooks at any cost

Great food at good prices. Also, they listen to your order and get it correct, either by phone or online ordering. I’m lactose intolerant and I don’t worry about them putting diary on my food. I recommend this location.
