Whoever is now working here is actually doing a great job moving customers through the line and orders are accurate. Used to be the slowest inefficient drive thru with slopped together food. Much better!

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience today . I put an order in on the app and when I went to go pick it up I was told by James the general manager at this location that he had already given my food to someone and that was just that . I explained numerous times that that obviously was not me all he kept doing was explaining the car the women were in that he gave my food too . I asked what I can do to ensure my food is given to me next time and not someone else and he said be here earlier ? For reference I put the order in at 1:30 pm I immediately left my house went through McDonald’s drive thru for me son and then pulled right in to arbys . All that took about 20 minutes . I did call customer service as well for a refund but that doesn’t really matter I wanted my food . Even customer service asked multiple times why they wouldn’t just remake the food . The manager was very unwilling to admit he may have made a mistake and gave the wrong food to someone . It was just an awful experience and here I am 29 weeks pregnant having paid for the food with nothing in my hand and basically being told “ oh well “ .

My husband and I went through the drive through yesterday because I’m pregnant and was craving Arby’s. There was a very long wait time, but I don’t think they are fully staffed so it’s understandable. Our order was a bit messed up, but we didn’t realize until we got home because we were in a rush due to pregnancy hanger lol. I contacted the link for complaints not expecting anything to be fixed, but we received a phone call from the manager one day later offering two free meals to make up for it. Though our experience wasn’t four stars, the service was and so was their willingness to fix the issue.

I ordered the new burger, and it was good. They deep fried it, and I thought that was weird. It tasted good. I am not leaving a 1 star for the food. I am leaving a 1 star for the mouse. Yes, a mouse. I was waiting by the restroom, and as an employee came out, a mouse ran from under the women’s room door and ran right into the kitchen. I said something to the employee, but he did not seam shocked. Hello Health Department. I will not eat there again.
