This location is run by 16 year olds. The person in front of us waited 45 minutes for 1 sandwich. We waited 25. No urgency – the kids were talking while working making it take forever. Did not see the manager come out and help until we had been there for 20 minutes. Lobby full of people waiting unhappy. Do not recommend.

Simply stunned by what I experienced tonight. As I walked in a group of teenagers were gossiping with the two young ladies behind the counter. No one was working the food line and the place was a disaster. There was only one gentleman waiting on his food order. Later the shift manager came in but I didn’t see an improvement in the sense of urgency. We won’t be returning to this location. Disappointed as we are fans of Firehouse Subs.

July 18th 11:00 a.m. this manager should be released of her duties immediately. A young lady was 5 minutes late and for that the entire restaurant was able to hear the manager belittling her and complaining about the entire staff. This is ridiculous. I asked for a bag for my food and am writing this review, eating my lunch in my truck. I love firehouse subs but if I ever come back and she is here I will be walking next door to eat.

My family and I have been loyal customers to Firehouse Subs. Tonight was by far the WORST quality of food and service we have ever received. Orders were not prepared properly, items missing, and the sandwiches were absolutely GROSS. You wouldn’t think it would be hard to read an online order, match it against the sandwich being prepared and QUALITY control your biz. I have come to realize that this specific location has an issue at night. Management is clearly not present. We will visit other locations, NEVER THIS ONE AGAIN.

THE ONE THING THIS PLACE IS MISSING IS AN ADULT!!! I came in to grab a picnic dinner (5:30)with my family for dinner and ended up listening to thee teenagers gossiping instead of working. Everyone in the restaurant was loosing patience because only one employee was gossiping and making food part time and the other two employees were just wondering around the chatting from the lobby. Then to top it off one of them goes behind the counter and we hope she is helping to get orders out but instead she is making her own food. I only no this because i decided to stand at the counter to apply some death stare tactics only to see the employee blowing on her sandwich as it was still on the toaster belt(gross). I asked if that was ours then she said it was hers. . Received two gluten free sandwiches which had no tags or markings stating GF. Get to the picnic and no napkins and forgot our brownie. It just felt like me as a customer was an afterthought.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews. I arrived and the girl who took my order had a dum dum in her mouth. Looks unprofessional and is just disrespectful. She was also making my sandwich while having the dum dum in her mouth. Have a dum dum while on your break or outside of work.

Food is always good, but it takes forever! I thought it was due to lack of employees, but this has happened when there were many employees or just a few. It doesn’t matter how busy they are. That aside the employees are always friendly and the food is good.

I was the only customer and it took 25 minutes with most of the wait time before for a salad. Whilst hearing bickering the whole time from the staff about who was doing what and who was at fault for lack of salad being done. Overall they were very friendly though
