Ohmygosh, this pizza was AWFUL! I’ve always loved pizza hut, but this is my first time having it in like 9 months, and I’m so very disappointed . They didn’t make our pizzas with the correct dough (we ordered deep dish, and paid extra for it) and received regular. The staff was nice. This is so disappointing.

Good pizza, delivered hot and cooked perfectly. Prices are reasonable and I love the little parm cheese shaker. Recyclable and one little shaker is enough to actually cover the whole pizza. Delivery was top notch. I live in the country and its not always easy to find me, first time out. It was dark and stormy, but the delivery was on time, considering a couple minutes due to bad weather. I will order again.

It was a hit or miss for a while but recently the staff got really better, my last orders were spot on and the people working were super friendly and helpfull. I hope it stays that way as i will be updating if anything changes for people’s reference. For now i can say I loved it!

Their website was having issues So I had to order as a guest , I ordered a big new Yorker with wings and specifically selected to be handed to me and not contactless delivery. They ended up sending some doordash person To deliver my pizza And they did not knock Or much less call me that they left my pizza outside At the very corner of my porch notice it was very cold outside So imagine trying to eat a cold pizza with no plates or a microwave Because we just moved into the apartment! My dog didn’t even bark and we were right by the door watching TV waiting for our pizza after a long day.Also the receipt left on my box showed a total of $32 and my online receipt showed $37. Which is probably why the door dasher didn’t knock or call because of the tip. I’m so upset with last nights experience.

The first time this location messed up was a few months ago, and they forgot our 2 liters and a whole pizza. I was told I would receive a refund, and that never happened. The second time they messed up, they literally delivered us a pizza box with no pizza in it. When we called to obviously see what was going on, the guy who answered the phone was so distastefully rude and dismissive, and was trying his hardest to end the phone call. We asked for a refund (we paid cash upon delivery), and he tried telling us that there was nothing he could do and that we’d have to wait until his manager got in the NEXT DAY. He then threatened to call the cops on us if we came to the store. Dude— We paid caaasshhh. Like, the cash is literally in your hands. It’s not a digital transaction. Just give us our money back. When my husband went to the location, he was met by a completely different employee. This guy was super helpful and fixed our problem within MINUTES (he’s why I’m giving an extra star). This incident happened maybe 2-3 weeks ago.
