I entered the restaurant and had to wait for the employees to make a bunch of online orders before even starting my order. My coworkers and I come in every Monday for the Moe’s Monday deal. Once we had our orders, the cashier was very rude and had an attitude in regards to figuring out how to apply the QR code for Moe’s Monday. After watching the employee get angry and try to get me to pay full price without my Monday coupon, I proceeded to ask her to try again. When the employee finally got it to work, I thought the inconvenience was finally done and I was going to be able to enjoy my burrito. Upon walking off with my burrito, a different male employee stopped me and said that I still owed money on the meal. I had my receipt and I was ready to eat. I even showed him the receipt. He the doubled down and showed me on his copy the amount that was subtracted off of the meal because of the Moe’s Monday deal and insisted that I still owed that amount. After realizing that he didn’t understand how the discount worked and that he wasn’t going to leave me alone about paying for the meal in full; I promptly asked for a refund of the amount that I had already paid. I come in for Moe’s Monday, and I expect to be able to take advantage of the deal. So this in turn causes a temper tantrum in he and the female cashier. They then proceed to call some unidentified at the time manager who was not there. They held me up for another twenty minutes before they tell me that I should receive my refund within the next hour. I then leave, and I went to subway instead. It is now a full week after the experience and the money was never refunded. It seems that there was a real lacking of training at this location as they knew nothing of how to apply the deals, or basic math. They also clearly either didn’t know how to refund or chose not to because of their sour attitudes. My coworkers and I have now chosen to no longer choose Moe’s for our lunches.

Food was tasty but they seemed a bit stingy with all of the ingredients. I got a steak homewrecker with maybe 6 pieces of steak at the most. The additional toppings didn’t seem so fresh. The lettuce was very wilted. I dont like the wag everything is fringed on the burrito. I guess it’s done that way to use less ingredients but just not that appetizing. The restaurant seemed short staffed. The were lots of dirty tables and just lots of areas that needed wiped down. I feel like this place has the potential to be really good.

If you close at 10:00pm why are you already throwing away food at 9:00pm? I’m writing this on April 4, 2023 at 9:30pm after we pulled up at 9:10pm. They didn’t have any food to serve at all. This is unacceptable. Just close at 9:00pm if that’s the case. Some of us work later than others. But I’ll go to the one in Madison next time because this experience at the Northside Dr location was atrocious to say the least. Hot mess‼️

I hadn’t been to a Moe’s in many years. The last time I ate at Moe’s was in Moss Point, MS in 2014 or so. It was a great experience then and this last time when I went to the one in Jackson, MS it was absolutely fantastic, I can say without a doubt they keep the quality in the food they serve. Great job Moe’s, keep it up, I can’t wait to go back!

This place gets beyond 0 stars!!! Worst experience ever. The lady that made my BURRITO put maybe 5 pieces of ADOBO chicken on it (literally) and when I asked for more she claimed I could only get what was on it or it would’ve been $4 extra!! When she wrapped the burrito it looked like a straw!!!! I ended up asking for 3 hard shell tacos and she SPLIT the chicken that was on the burrito between 3 tacos. IT CAME OUT TO BE $40

4/6/2023 7:30pm Never again. They gave me the person behind me burrito, when I went back in and asked way too politely to have my burrito remade, they had the nerve to have an attitude. I can’t wait for Chipotle to open and put them out of business. First and last time at this location.

I order the nachos with steak extra chicken didn’t receive the chicken no shredded cheese no queso chips were old and stale didn’t get any Pico or lime rice my order was 42 dollars and it was nothing how I wanted it not satisfied at all
