Calling health inspector. This subway is the dirtiest place. I didn’t notice how bad it was until my son said something to me about it at drink machine. There was employee friends/girlfriends walking around behind counter, dude making our sandwiches was answering his phone while making our sandwiches. There was so much going on and we were the only customers. Won’t be going back to this subway. I was hungry but couldn’t stomach the thought of what was around my food. RIP Subway use to be a good sandwich place. Going to substation2 from here on out.✌️

Employees sitting at a table talking with friends when I walked in. All bins were empty nothing to put on sandwich (literally). One employee got up, went behind counter asked if they could help me and I asked what did they have all the bins are empty. The other employee got up to get one of there friends a sandwich (that was at the table) as I was asking why there was nothing to put on the sandwiches and said I’ll cut the onions and get lettuce ( because it was a request from the friend at the table). I guess customer service and actually doing your job is 2nd place to hanging out on the clock with friends. This location has been hit or miss for a long time a lot more miss than hit. Owners must be proud. Want go back.

Why does EVERY Subway in the area seem like they want to go out of business. Literally this location, the Walmart location, the Mount Holly location, the Gastonia off New Hope. It’s ridiculous. Pay your employees to actually care instead of paying athletes to promote your business… I would give the employees negative stars if I could. Sure 3 pickles are great

1 hr before closing, and I wasn’t able to get a meatball sub because there weren’t any more prepped. The wait was 30 min, and staff actually acted like I was inconveniencing them by my sub choice. She eventually said she’d give me a 10% discount, which she conveniently forgot to ring up!!

Was very disappointed with my visit to this subway. I have been eating food from here since 2019. And never been told until today they had to follow the menu down to the tee. My fiancée wanted a BMT with turkey instead of ham. And the lady wouldn’t do it. Wanted to charge me $3.69 for the turkey on the side. With the ham still on the sandwich. She repeated to tell us everything is weighted and we can’t swap out meat. Gave a huge stink about it. IF EVERYTHING IS COUNT AND WEIGHED WHY WOULD IT MATTER IF WE GOT TURKEY INSTEAD OF HAM ON A BMT. ITS WOULD BALANCE ITSELF OUT. Also we online order this meal. Order was suppose to be ready at 2:45. We came in to fine out it wasn’t ready. We had to deal with the turkey issue. No one was wear any hair nets or hats behind the corner. Which is very disgusting. The subway associates didn’t even apologize for the layer of confusion with the new rules.

Dirtiest subway I’ve been to. Bread was burnt like toast and the toppings did not seem fresh. Employees were not timely so my order wasn’t ready when I arrived nor had it even been started on. One of our family members got food poisoning and had to be hospitalized, we suspect it was this food as it was the last thing we ate. Will not be returning ever to this subway.

This individual at the Subway off of Hwy 273 within the Planet Fitness shopping center was extremely rude and constantly used fowl language. He slammed all of the equipment used, and roughy tossed around my and the customer’s purchases(which was standing and agreeing with me to the right of me), the employ did this without a single care. He even said that he didn’t care about this job anyways, while on the job, carelessly doing his “job”. Do not go here. Go to another Subway close by.

We ordered online, when we got there at the pickup time, they had not started the order. We were told they had been slammed but no one was in the store. They were also out of numerous items. We asked for a refund and we were told they didn’t know how to give us one since we ordered online. My wife had them make the order. The sandwiches were terrible and I ended up throwing mine away. The employees were not helpful and didn’t seem to care. Total bad experience.
