Use mobile u get your food at the window. Order when u pull in, they have u pull around with a 3 car wait ahead of u to get your food brought out. No receipt, no tracking but its BS. 2nd time this happened

They just need all new staff. Everyone who worked there on 9/1/23 at about 1230pm was just absolutely rude and snarky and just had everyone (inside and out) waiting 30+ minutes for small orders. Plus, they got my order and my boss’s order completly wrong.

We were very disappointed with the service and food at this Wendy’s . I ordered a sausage, cheese and egg croissant with a rootbeer. I received a sausage,egg, no cheese on a roll. Also a Dr.Pepper not a rootbeer. My friend ordered a biscuit with bacon, egg and cheese. The biscuit was as hard as a rock and had no egg. Needless to say we spent $15.00 and did not enjoy our breakfast. Next time we’ll go to Burger King for a fast breakfast!

11am, July 23 I ordered on one of the kiosks because they wouldn’t let us order through a person. I then paid with my debit card. No receipt was printed and they did not receive my order. I politely brought up that my food hadn’t came in. They then told me to bring up my bank account that showed that I had paid. I was pulling up my account, it was taking a while because my service was bad. Then one of the employees said something holding a bag which I couldn’t understand. I asked what did he say and then he said never mind. The manager at the time said they were giving me the chili and I would have to pay for the other things. They then called me a liar and I was trying to get free food. My account finally came up with it saying I paid $15. They then made my fries and I asked for my freshly made lemonade. They said they didn’t have it made and I can have the fountain lemonade. I didn’t feel like arguing and I took the fountain lemonade. I also didn’t have the cheese I paid for my chilli. I lost out on $3, but I don’t mind. I understand if they were having a bad day, but the manager should not treat customers and employees that way. She did end up apologizing afterwards.

I went in wanting to place an order at the counter, and no one in line, because the touch screens were very disgusting as if they weren’t wiped down all day, and was told by an employee I have to order using the touchscreen, she did not say why I had to use the touchscreen and didn’t give me an apology for why she couldn’t take my order, so I just decided to leave. I find this unacceptable, and just poor customer service!

No menu to look at while other people are useing them. I find my self looking for my usual and having trouble finding it. I can’t just say a number 2

Manager on duty @ 12pm on 04/11/2023 was incredibly rude to me. She locked the dining room to make the restaraunt drive thru only, my co-worker went back to his vehicle to get his phone, and I went to let him back in so he could eat his food which was already on the table. She yelled at me in a demeaning and rude manner across the whole restaraunt to not let him in. I let him as the food he ordered was already paid for. This location should be shut down and retrained or rehired with a proper staff with a real work ethic.
