The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing or just didn’t care. The check out guy was behing a piller on his phone when i was waiting to check out. And just a dirty environment. There are no clean tables, but plenty of tables open, just not clean. Last there was a leak under one of the drink dispensers and old crusted rags under. I would not stop here again.

We ate here on 8/15/2023, a little before 5pm. The service was slow and the staff seemed to be more interested in joking around with each other instead of actually doing their job. The dining area was filthy with trash and bits of food all over the floors and there were no clean tables and the trash was heaping full. The drink station was also a mess. When mentioned it to the staff, they seemed annoyed that we asked them to do what I would imagine is on their daily/hourly task list. The Coca-Cola syrup was completely out, which I also mentioned to the staff but by the time we left (around 5:45pm), it had not been corrected. The restrooms were also disgusting. I went to use the men’s room and as soon as the horrible smell of the restroom hit my nostrils, I turned around and walked out.

We prefer this place over most fast food restaurants. Most times we love their food. We had a very bad experience the last two times. The fresh rice was undercooked almost broke my tooth. And just today they were out of cheese and corn. It is a very busy place. So, why not plan accordingly and have the ingredients on hand and cook the food thoroughly and if it’s not possible maybe just close it down.

Atmosphere and food was great. The service, not so much. We came in with a 5 minute wait. The line worker didn’t get the order right and included an ingredient that my friend is allergic to. They forgot our drink cups even though we were charged for the order. My burrito was so poorly packed in the tortilla and aluminum foil that it leaked in the bag. The filling started pouring out of the burrito as I unwrapped it, and fell apart after two bites. Probably the worst burrito-eating experience I’ve ever had. Otherwise the place and bathrooms were clean and orderly. The Al Pastor is amazing as a meat choice, so juicy, lots of flavor, and really tender. Would not come back here, though, due to the service.

Well to start off, the line was moving really slow. Whatever, I understand you guys are busy. But the problem was there were two girls just standing at the register chatting, and one of them was doing almost nothing but bagging food… you only need one cashier for that. Second, The guy who was making our food was slow but that’s okay because he’s new and training! No Hate to him! However, the person training him was so rude when he came over… he kinda just took the order from the trainee and told my mom that if she’s getting the kids quesadilla it only comes with beans and rice, which she did not get because she had gastric bypass and can’t eat much carbs. Instead she got sour cream.. which he charged her for ON TOP of the beans and rice she did not get! Then he made a very big deal about it to the trainee, embarrassing my mom.

Consistently out of hard shells.The first two times I thought it was because it was close to closing, but it happened again on a weekday. Also, shredded cheese included a whole chunk of cheese not shredded. Chipotle, this location needs a new manager.

Worst chipotle location. Dirty ugly out of almost every ingredient. Staff is very slow and not professional. They was arguing with me for everything. Spent 25 minutes until they brought the fork to the station. Don’t go to this location

I was part of a large group travelling to Los Angeles and we stopped here for lunch. I had mobile ordered an hour previous as to give them plenty of time to make the order. I got a bowl with extra everything. When I arrived and picked up my order, there was very little food. I mean it didn’t even fill the bowl at all. I finished eating at a normal pace in less than ten minutes. There’s no way they even put a full scoop of everything.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced… my mobile order did not go through on their end, worker continued to argue with me after I showed my order confirmation and told me “I don’t know what to tell you check the shelf”. I let another coworker know how rude she had been to me and she sat and argued again to him. Highly discourage going there! When I asked for her name they refused to give it to me

The only reason I’m not giving one star is because I’ve been here before and the service has been pretty good. But today, I’ve been standing in line for about 15 minutes with 28 other people in the line. There’s are 5-6 people working and only ONE serving up the food (see pic). So the cash register guy is just standing there waiting for her to fill the full order of everyone in a party, which takes so long because she is the only one doing it that the cash register guy keeps just sort of wandering around talking to other employees. I have seen no phone orders picked up, and none are on the pickup shelf. Okay, they just put the first order up there in almost 20 minutes. But that was it. Not sure I’ll ever come to this location again.
