Stood at the counter for 15 minutes and not one person spoke to me. One of the workers even banged his head on the cooler then with big blue gloves slapping them together playing. Still no one said a word to me or my family. Need to hire adult not kids. I will not be back. If I could I would give this place -2 stars

I have eaten food from here maybe 3 or 4 times over the past year from the drivethru and each visit the food has been good. I just ate the chicken club wrap tonight and it was flavorful and hit the spot. Service is quick and friendly.

This location is not great at taking orders. Every time I’ve gone there and got maybe one item they somehow mess up the item when I just tell them one thing that I do not want on the sandwich and I’d be the only person there in the Drive-Thru when I went back a few days later after contacting the store about the mess up again the manager helped me out with my sandwich but seemed very irritated when I told him again about what happened and he was the one that I spoke to also had an attitude towards me, if I decide to go back again I’ll make sure to check my food before I leave cuz I have to every time I go to this location

Staff looks like something left over from a fish concert. Tell them not to smoke so much before they come to work. Maybe then they won’t forget to put the Arby’s sauce and the ketchup in with my bag. Dreds are nasty.

There food was ok, but the store was a real mess. Tables had not been wiped down in a very long time, trash and food debris all over the floor. They weren’t busy at all so no idea why it was so messy in there.

My son wanted Arby’s and I obliged. We haven’t been to this location since it opened. Every table is dirty and so are the floors. Parts of the menu board are obscured by their order screens. Area in the kitchen is dirty and trashed. My sandwich was half sliced half shredded. The only thing redeeming was the milkshake and AC. Probably won’t be back to this location. For the price, Culver’s is a better option next door.

Had take out lunch while visiting family in the hospital around the corner. I ordered with the app and once I walked in an employee took my name and told me my order would be up soon. My order came up fast and accurate and the service was friendly and helpful. All of my food was hot fresh and correct. It is clear that the employees at this location care about what they put out.
