Stopped by to get some 2/$3 sausage biscuits we saw advertised on the marquee. Pulled in to the drive through and ordered 4 of them and then pulled to the window and paid. Two young ladies were working inside and after a few moments one came back to the window and told us it was going to be a moment as they were cooking fresh sausage parties and asked if we would mind pulling forward to the door to wait. No problem for some fresh sausage so we pulled up and waited. A few minutes later one of the women came out with our food and also brought a free order of Bo’berry Biscuits ‘fresh out of the oven’ for our wait. They had even remembered to put a few grape jelly packs in the bag and we were more than satisfied with the food and ecstatic over the service. I didn’t get either of the two ladies names but I wish I had so I could tell their boss about their excellence. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, 10 out of 10, would stop by for a mid-afternoon snack again. Only gave a 3 for ‘atmosphere’ because it’s just a parking lot, but it was cleaner than most fast food places.

Glad to see this resturant open again, I got the 12 piece meal and everything was right on point from service to receiving my order, see photos, the biscuits, dirty rice, Cole slaw, and mash potatoes and gravy was great, the gravy is gravy and not soup, I recommend the manger see the photos and if they do not meet the same standard, they should not serve it, Again Welcome back Bo Jangles and keep it going. (Update 24 Jan 23) went there for a return visit and things changed like overnight on 2 people working no one taking orders at the counter, 1 person cooking and running drive thru and the other person cooking and helping drive thru also no one took time to take our order, either the next shift was late or quit, someone help this store good chicken but service gas dropped off.

I gave them 2 stars because they messed up my order. I ordered a Cajun filet combo, with egg & cheese added, and only got the filet on the biscuit. If this was a .99 cent biscuit I would not care, but for the amount I spent, it’s a big deal.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited 5 minutes in the drive thru when no one was in front of us. Just to get to the window for them to say they are just taking cash. I asked the lady why she didn’t say that at the window and she said she did but she in fact did not just hella ghettoness at this location. They keep getting new owners but nothing improves. I’d be mad at my life too if I worked at bojangles but don’t have to take it out on customers

Just left this establishment after waiting 20 minutes. There was only one other customer in the store that was in front of us. Candy (employee) was too busy talking gossip to the other customer and after 18-20 minutes of waiting, we were pretty frustrated and decided to leave. Aren’t your employees there to serve customers or are they there to talk and ignore other customers? We drove 10 miles just to eat here. I’m p****d!

Went through the drive thru Saturday evening and had to done a flashlight on the menu because it wasn’t lit. They were out of many items like mac n cheese, tea, pimento. Everyone was nice what did we were able to get was good but it was a very limited menu for 8:45pm.

They stopped giving receipts so you can’t take there survey’s. The staff are rude and DO NOT LISTEN TO YOUR ORDER. I ordered a dark meat meal and got white meat. The lady manager always cuts you off to ask you what drink you want for a meal that i’m ordering that does NOT even come with a drink. She’s too busy worried about what I want to drink..NOTHING. Can I get my order? EVERYTIME I GO I HAVE TO REPEAT MY ORDER 2-4 TIMES. ALWAYS COLD OR SITTING TOO LONG. TODAY at 1:30pm the chicken I got was cold, nasty and hard. Looks like its been sitting for over a day now. NASTY, THIS PLACE IS THE SAME BEFORE THEY CLOSED DOWN.

Criminally Understaffed! Went to go get food in the drive thru but they were unresp. Went inside but there was a long wait. Staff were arguing with eachother too, but I dont really blame them. They need to hire more people.

Wow, worst attitude and customer service ever. My daughter was visiting and went through drive through. A very simple order of two items was completely messed up, charged her wrong, blamed her for their order mess up, saying she had ordered all of this other stuff, then dramatically threw the stuff she didn’t order in the trash. Horrible customer service! Will never go here again.
