Waited literally 25 minutes in the drive thur for a single drink! Called the store and was told they had 15 sandwich’s on their screen and I would have to deal with it! The very worst customer service! They have old woman working the drive thur who can barely stand. I’ve had to go back in the store for the wrong change I was given. This place is a joke!

Saw the signs saying welcome to the new owner and thought things mightve changed. Ordered a large diet coke, hamburger and chocolate chip cookies. Had to wait 5 minutes for the cookies and got a hamburger with no burger. This place was SLOW as molasses before and without fail messed your order up. Still the same now. Save yourself the time and just go to the one on Parkman road.

#NewtonFallsMcDonalds is a joke! New employees or not how do you not know the difference between chicken and beef. Like really. Then we called they then told us we were wrong that we MUST have ordered a chicken sandwich. Um nope it’s on the box. Thanks. When I returned the sandwich they didn’t even have the audacity to say sorry. There’s a big difference between short staff and the I don’t care attitude.
