In what world do you order three wings and things meals and ask for an extra zax sauce and end up getting no zax sauce at all and two salad dressing packs smh. I mean why charge me for the zax sauce if you didn’t have any or you weren’t planning on giving me any. Not only was the mill not correct. You cheated me out of my money. Oh and don’t forget the 30 minute wait in the drive-thru line. By the time I got out of the line with my food and drove around the building to go inside to let them know about the Zax sauce not being in my bag The door was locked and it was only 8:00 pm. We’ve got to do better in our neighborhoods with these restaurants. So disappointed.

Service was ok. But the food was not so good. Only gave it 3 stars because the food was hot. But my husband sandwiche was nasty. I knew it was going to be a problem when I got home and look at all the mayonnaise they slap all over it. I like mayo like the next person but they put too much. I did not have time to go back and ask if they could remake it. I hope he did not mind but I already knew. Once he came in and look at his sandwich he was upset. He tried wiping some of the mayo off bit I have to admit. The person who made the sandwich put a lot of mayo on both sides. He just end up throwing the food away. And having an attitude and blaming me for not checking his food all the way before driving off. I usually check to see if the order is correct, but I did not know that now I have to check if the dressing is applied properly on the food.

This was the absolute worst restaurant I’ve ever experienced in my life. I managed several restaurants in my lifetime but this Zaxby’s on S. Hairston St. Stone Mountain GA is extremely unprofessional the manager was rude that’s why the drive thru girl was rude it starts with management. I will NEVER patronize this Zaxby’s ever again. I hope someone from corporate reads this and respond so I could elaborate on this matter. I visited this location today 7/29/2023 approximately 7:00pm to be mistreated.

I tried their new Signature spicy Chicken sandwich combo with fries and a sweet tea. First off, the meat itself was very good and tender. Not as crispy as I’d hope but still good. The sauce has a little heat to it but nothing overboard and the pickles were a nice touch. The fries had seasonings on them which was different. All in all it is a very good sandwich. Just needs to be crispy and we would be gucci!!

Waited at the window and no one came on. Then I drove up and knocked on the window for 10 minutes, no exaggeration. Me and another guy is waiting. He finally waves down an employee only for her to come to the counter where I see her throw up and did not wash her hands. I knew at this point I didn’t want her handing me anything but since I was there I asked for my fries and she said “oh we’re closed.” I said I’ve been waiting here for 10 min and she was like well it’s nothing I can do. Just wasted so much time. After seeing that I can’t say I’ll be back. Disgusting

I come here often but this is my first bad experience and I am highly disappointed. My salad didn’t have cheese, no onion chips, no cherry tomatoes, I got zax sauce instead of ranch like I asked, and I also didn’t receive any utensils to eat my salad. The manager was very rude and was talking rude and embarrassing her employees in front of her customers instead of speaking to them in private about what she felt they were doing wrong, she also didn’t interact with her customers after she had many complaints about their food she just ignored them and did not do any reassurance or apologize about the delay and the messed up orders. From other customers she has been doing this for a little while.

This location needs ZERO stars. My order was taken wrong and I was charged an extremely large amount. Instead of giving me a proper refund I was handed some cash and no apology. The cashier should repeat orders or at least tell you your total…that way this could have been avoided. Manager was extremely rude telling me he gave me extra money when in reality he didn’t. All I got extra for attitude and unprofessionalism. The inside of the restaurant was so disgusting we couldn’t even eat inside. I’ve never seen floors so caked with dirt/food etc. This location needs to shut down for a deep cleaning and proper training. Our food smelled like burnt grease.

I was in the area for a wedding got a little hungry so I stopped here. Im not a local but from what I understand this establishment food is good. Boy was the reviews wrong! The best part about the meal was the ice cold coke, and the garlic bread (I ordered the #1). I was told by the employee that took my order my chicken tenders come with their signature sauce. Bc I’ve never been here before I asked if I could have some bbq sauce. To my dismay they charge .25 for the sauce. (No I’m not a frugal), nevertheless I paid for the sauce and drove off to eat. The food was too salty, and the bbq sauce was not bbq sauce. Their sauce had a cinnamon undertone. What kind of bbq sauce is that?! I won’t be back! Ever!
