Have to say the people are nice and to kitchen looked clean. Now for the bathroom it looked like it had not been cleaned in a few days. When I checked the cleaning log it said 5/9 and I believe this to be true so I left. See pics.

I ordered 8 Buffalo medium wings, 2 pizzas, and cheese sticks and 2 garlic sauces. Not only did it not come with the sauces I bought, but I got 5 of the 8 boneless wings I ordered and 1 was just the batter no chicken and pizza stuck to the lid. Then when I called to let them know, not asking for anything just to inform them, and they put me on hold for 9 minutes someone picked up I said hello they hung up.

ordered through the app it was glitchy and difficult to navigate in some parts, primarily the section where you choose delivery or carryout. This caused me to accidentally choose carryout when I wanted delivery but my local store made it right when i called so props to them. Other than that the food was great and the delivery driver was very nice and understanding.

Paid $4.99 for delivery and gave a 4 dollar tip and did not receive my $3.09 2 L was told sorry but you can’t get it tonight but will credit your account for the next 30 days. They don’t tell you they use doordash drivers so don’t order from this company because you’re paying for delivery fee from a company that doesn’t deliver your food

Ordered 2 chicken Alfredo’s tonight and they were so burnt that any and all Alfredo sauce used to make them pretty much evaporated into nothing, When I tried to call them I was hung up on several times or they wouldnt even answer their phone, but I called them the next day and the manager did give me store credit but you only get 30 days to use it, I would have rather had a refund as I think anyone would, they could be short handed the next time I order and it could be a repeat situation again, but at least it’s not a total loss I guess

My delivery was an hour late, the pizza was severely undercooked, and the Delivery persons car was disgusting, while she spent 10 minutes in front of my house picking at her fingers. This is all on my doorbell camera!!! Even her disgusting car and see thru pants, which I’m sure is NOT PIZZA HUT UNIFORM!!

Placed an order at 9 PM on a Tuesday night. Waited 40 minutes and called the store to ask for an update. Was told “yes we have your order. There’s an hour and 45 minute wait time and you’re still in the wait time.” No further explanation for the delay was offered. It’s not a holiday, or a weekend, and this town has less than 25k people. How busy could you really be? Totally unacceptable, pitiful management, and the nonchalant answer was flat out unprofessional. The employee clearly didn’t seem to care.
