Just a typical run-of-the-mill Subway. The eating area is quite small as compared to other locations. But is kept very clean. Table tops are always wiped, chairs tucked in and floors clean. The staff seems to be on a revolving door so sandwich consistency is a roll of the dice. Sometimes my sandwich is picture perfect and sometimes my dog won’t even touch a sandwich oozing and dripping in mayonnaise.

Worst Subway in entire chain, went in to order. Two employees working in store, no other customers in store..I stood at counter 5 minutes while the two employees talked to each other with out even looking at me…I just walked out…I’ve noticed the service has really gone down hill at this location in last couple months..I won’t return.

My coworker, Tim and I go to this Subway multiple times a week. Evan OFTEN makes our sandwiches and does a fantastic job of sandwich creation, while making genuine conversation ~ whether the place is packed or not. Earlier this week I asked Evan about recommendations on ingredients and he gave a surprisingly thorough response. Tonight, Evan and Tina were working, and it was a fantastic experience speaking with them – and of course our food was delicious! THANK YOU FOR HIRING AMAZING PEOPLE!!!

I would like to commend 2 of your employees, Hunter Greene and Evan Brown. On Thursday of this past week I stopped in and ordered a party platter for a get together I was having on Saturday. I told the employees taking the order I would be in at about 5 on Saturday PM to pick it up. I arrived at that time and Hunter and Evan had no idea about this order. However, they immediately got busy on it and finished it in short order apologizing repeatedly for the error in communication. 5 stars for them, 0 stars for whoever was responsible for not making sure this order was ready for the agreed pick up.

Why is it subway only ever has one person working? And then are weird about only allowing use of 1 coupon. Guy making the sandwiches wasnt even wearing a beard cover, they were out of main ingredients. I had a coupon for 3 sandwiches for 17.99 and another for a free cookie with purchase. They will only allow you to use one with one purchase, stupid.

Local small town location which is fine. Staff seems young and very nice which is fine but the reason for only 4 stars is simple its not very clean and when u are getting food business cleanliness is kinda important so if the owner sees this review I would say everything is fine except staff needs to work on picking up cleaning a little more oh and fir gods sake empty the garbage which was over flowing. One last thing also if you are going to advertise new sandwiches it would be nice if u actually could serve them. When I asked about one they told me they didn’t have any of the stuff to make it. So basically yes there is new sandwiches that look really good but that’s it.

Poor service. Hit or miss on whether they’re decent or sharply unhelpful. Today the girl working opened the experience with “I’ll be with you when I can,” as though my presence disrupted her. Then I told her I want 5 subs and she cut me off and sharply snapped, “give me the breads before you tell me the subs.” Weird, but acceptable, assuming the request wasn’t so pointed.I said I wasn’t sure which breads normally come on the subs, and instead of asking which subs and helping with the breads, she again demanded, “tell me all 5 breads first.” This third touch point was especially off putting given the temperament of the first two. So I calmly finished the order and shared at the end that I felt disrespected by our first interactions. Rather than taking a customer-centric approach in managing the feedback by addressing the negative experience, she went on defense by pointing at her manager and saying “I was just doing what my manager told me.” I was so flustered by her response that I just handed my card to quickly end my time in Subway and didn’t even specify the sizes of the subs. I gave two stars since the place offers a decent or neutral experience (minus the anti mask propaganda they circulate to patrons), but this will make me think twice before selecting it for a quick lunch for my family.

Kiosk ordering is fine if you actually get what your order. Receipt is correct but was given the wrong bread, wrong cheese and not toasted. Disappointing sandwich for the price.

My family and I came in today 7-5-21 1:30pm. We had to wait in line outside do to it being busy and social distancing, which is not a big deal, but my son needed to use the restroom so we decided to go inside real quick so he could go to the restroom. When we headed towards the restroom a employee with blonde hair and glasses not very friendly said that you need to make a purchase before you can use the restroom, I said oh, well we are going to be buying some food my kid just really needs to use it. She rudely repeated herself, and I was like hes just a kid. She then said well there’s a shell across the street and a Safeway around the corner very snotty like. I said well looks like we won’t be eating here then and left None of the other customers were happy with her and they even expressed it to me outside.

The best experience at any sandwich shop EVER. My family has a severe gluten allergy. We advised the staff. They went above and beyond to do their best. Can’t say enough. If I were ever in the area I would be sure to go there again
