Pizza is okay but probably not quality ingredients it’s too high priced cashier lady don’t speak loud enough not clear or precise if your low on funds maybe this place but if you want better pizza hut is the best they are kind of steep but it’s worth it for great flavor..wow strolling through reviews one person said a big bug on there pizza when they got home and open box gross and another thing I had to wait a long time I almost said give back my money and left I don’t really like them I don’t know why I even went and there they unprofessional no mask no gloves no sanitizer..and cashier look frustrated!!

I don’t know who the manager paid at Google to get a 3.9 rating but I would be so embarrassed to admit it if I ran this location. Zero customer service, everyone in the store is just doing the bare minimum until they can go home. They shut off pickup ordering online so I called the location to place an order, and they literally picked up the phone and breathed into the receiver but said nothing so they could get away with not taking orders. I literally said “I can hear you breathing!” and nothing. Finally go into the store and place the order for just a cheese pizza, she puts in an Extra Most Bestest to try and upcharge me without asking, so I have to correct her that I just want a classic. This is the norm at this location and corporate doesn’t respond to any complaints.

Ordered Monday night went to pick it up and no order. The app posted it to be for the next day. Was very disappointed. The manager gave us a cheese pizza. We agreed to get our order tue . Went to get it 730 tue night. They are walking out locking the door. Closed early due to weather. We are told the canceled all orders. Well must have hit the its done button cause got two emails saying it’s ready for pickup. The really sad thing other than the brownies that were nothing like the picture that Made me order them is We walked to pick these up . Not once twice three times but four. Ordered Monday got Thursday. It’s by maps 2.3 miles one way. I know where we will not be going to get brownies or pizza any longer.

Really like the new Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza they introduced. Has a different crust to their cheaper pizzas so have been getting it since they introduced it. Went in today, 10/30/2022, and ordered it and even told the girl taking my order how much I liked the crust and it made warming up leftovers really good too. Their cheaper pizzas never warm up well since the crust is not good. So what the hell do I see when I get home but the crust for the cheaper pizzas. Really ticked me off especially as I was just saying how much I liked the better crust. Wouldn’t surprise me if they did this just because I said I liked it better. They have also been steadily reducing the amount of pepperoni they are using too as I get less and less each time I order it. Plus I have paid three different prices for the Fanceroni Pepperoni with three different order takers. I always add black olives and jalapenos and I have paid $10.71, over $14.00, and today, $12.71. Seems like they just do whatever they want there and charge whatever they want there. Really crummy service and food.

Our family orders pizza regularly for our kiddos (it’s their fave) from this location. Pretty consistent with quality, but the last two to three weeks, the pizza has been BUSSIN! Whoever has been working there in the evenings needs a raise!! Thank y’all!!

Sooooo, i had to wait over 40 min for 2 pizzas( 1 pepperoni and the other pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño). So i get home and the pepperoni is good but the other one wasn’t cooked all the way the pineapple piled up in the center and really soggy.
