Our bill was 7.65 we paid 20.65 the carhop gave 12.00 in change basically stealing 1.00 for a tip. How is that ethical and proper customer service? Do better sonic. Customers should not be funding their pay with tips. Pay better wages, tips are not a right.

Ordered food, told them mozzarella sticks and then even asked for ranch for them and they repeated back the order and it was good. Then they brought out a chili cheese dog and when we asked they were charging us for the mess up and wanted us to buy new mozzarella sticks. We waited for them to bring them out forever and they never came so we just left. Not worth the rude attitude about their mess up and then trying to charge us for it when we already had to pay for a hotdog we didn’t want and they wouldn’t just switch it out when they were around the same price and we would have paid the difference. Just rude service overall

By far the worst Sonic. Staff is absolutely rude. Not my first bad experience with this Sonic I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but it never fails that the employees are rude. The order is never right or we don’t get our order at all. Not sure how this Sonic has stayed opened.

Ordered my food and sat in the car for 10 minutes. Finally pushed the button to see if my order was coming soon when they finally brought my order out they said that I was wrung up on the wrong stall and when they came to bring it out no one was there. So they WAITED for me to push the button to let them know! My drink was watered down and everything was cold. I was on my lunch break and in a hurry or who knows how long I would have sat there. I seem to have a bad experience every time I go to this Sonic I do not know why I keep giving them more chances. My fault I guess.

This is my second time at this location. Each time the food has been messed up. The first order I ordered a Supersonic burrito without jalepenos. It came out with only bacon (not supposed to be on it), cheese, and jalepenos. There were no tots, sausage, tomato. They also did not give us any of the three tots that were ordered. Today, we ordered a kid’s cheeseburger meal and confirmed twice that it was a cheeseburger and had cheese because the lady kept saying hamburger. She rudely said yeah that’s what I said. When we got home the burger was just a piece of meat with nothing else on the sandwich. They also forgot our tots. We told them about the tots and they brought out one and we just left because it already took awhile. Our food besides the tots were cold.

Bought two medium blast and a shake. This store needs to train their employees better. We received 3 medium cups of plain ice cream with the candy on top for the blast and the Carmel shake had the just Carmel on top of whip cream. On top of that we had to ask for spoons and straws. Went back today but we just got burgers. They do great with those

I would not recommend wasting your time or money going here. Our order was missing items, our burgers were cold, our onion rings were half fried, the fries were stale, and the bread was soggy. I will never go back to this location. I may understand a little bit of they were busy but there was only one other customer.

I’ve worked here 3 different times under 3 different gms (i quit 2 times and got let go because of my age, i was 15 att). My first gm was wonderful and I wish she would’ve stayed. I had a lot of ups and downs with the other gms (mostly downs). I still come here frequently to get food and almsot everytime they mess up something. I still know most of the staff and love them dearly but most of them really need to be retrained. Gina, Danielle, and Alexis were some of my favorite coworkers because they always worked the hardest and I’m always happy to see them whenever I go there because I know they won’t mess up my order.

Paladin Danse Might Be A Synth
Ate about half a chicken sandwich from here last night before realizing it was still raw. Like, BLEEDING raw. Took it back to the store and got a refund, and they apologized but this is still super dangerous. I’m lucky I didn’t get sick.
