We stopped here on our way home from vacation. The manager there, John was absolutely amazing. We had some questions about allergies and he double checked packaging for us. He was so nice to not only us but every single customer we saw him interact with.

Long lines at 11:30 AM. Friendly service. Check your orders! They charged $0.55 extra for cheese that I never received. The line was even longer once I sat down to eat. Not worth my time to wait in line again and get a cold burger & fries.

Every time I have visited this establishment it has been nothing but depressing. Drink is always flat, fries are always stale, and sandwiches taste like they were just microwaved. Also this time the fries tasted like someone sprayed perfume by them.

We have been to this Whataburger twice. I want to like it. I’ve heard such good things, but the food has sucked both times. My burger was so salty that I couldn’t eat it. We also ordered curbside and it took them 20 minutes longer than the app said it should to get the food out. I tried to order sauce in the app too for the fries with my sons meal and instead of on the side, his grilled cheese just came slathered in barbecue sauce. He didn’t eat his either. It’s so expensive to be this bad.

We finally have a Whataburger in the Boro. I went Grand Opening day like a dumdum. Even tho the line was insanely long, the employees made it move fairly quickly. They worked the line in the same manner Chik Fil A does with 2 lanes and employees coming out to take your order.

We had a coupon for a free burger with the purchase of a medium fry and a 32 oz dr. pepper. We ordered and when we got to the window the lady said that it was only accepted if it was a 32 oz Dr. pepper SHAKE. My roommate was the one with the coupon and said that it was just for a 32 oz dr. pepper (which is a medium at this location). The lady and the window was very insistent on the fact that it was a shake So we said to go ahead and add on the shake with the order. We got the receipt and the burger had already been taken off, without the purchase of the shake. We got the shake and the dr. pepper but didn’t get the food. They shut the window on us so we had to go inside. When we went inside the manager Linda (shorter black lady) gave us attitude about the entire situation and said she was insisting that it was a shake, not a medium dr. pepper. All we were asking for was the refund on the shake because we didn’t want it and it wasn’t required to make the coupon work. She went ahead and took back the shake and after 10 minutes of back and forth she finally brought out the food. We got the burger and fries but did not get the refund and they still took the shake. We would have been fine with a refund for the dr. pepper that we ordered, but instead they charged us for things we did not order and then proceeded to take the very issue away without a refund. Will be leaving a bad review on the survey via the receipt and contacting corporate due to the attitude given to us because we wanted the burger and fries and did not understand why they took that off of the order but still charged over $10 for a medium Dr Pepper and medium Dr Pepper shake with no refund for the shake and they still took the shake. Literal BS.

We were greeted right away and had our order taken very quickly. They were brewing fresh coffee, so of course I didn’t mind waiting. Coffee drinkers never mind waiting for a fresh pot! I had the honey chicken breakfast biscuit and it was fantastic! My cousin tried the jalapeno breakfast biscuit that he kept seeing on billboards. He loved it.
