I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel like I should with this visit. Would give 0 if I could. the chips were stale, when I informed the staff she said “yeah I noticed there’s water at the bottom of the chip container” then proceeds to show me the dirty chip container that had water in it…. I asked for a refund which she did provide me. No apology for poor service or food quality. The restaurant itself appears very dirty, especially the bathrooms. Will never eat here again. Overpriced Taco Bell & somehow the food wasn’t as good.

The workers are extremely rude, especially the two female workers at night. They act like you’re an inconvenience to them. My partner and I are going to drive an extra 15 minutes out of our way to go to another location, from now on, where we get treated respectfully and the food is served well.

This place used to be the pride of the plaza, a staple for the workers of the area, but it seems although lots has changed. The same care is not put into the food, the staff is extremely rude, and the manager has on multiple occasions made very offensive remarks towards me and my family.

Absolutely a joke. You can tell the manager went home for the night because they thought that a food fight would be the best thing to do while there’s guests in the dining room. Let’s stop putting ALL KIDS on a shift together and schedule some people who have some sense of urgency. I work at another restaurant within the plaza and this is sad. I get staffing is hard right now but seriously? I’m about to send my servers over to fill out applications for how sad this place is being run. Pictured is one of the 5 dirty tables that haven’t been cleaned or wiped down while they’re having dance battles in the back. Other picture is of them stacking chairs up at 8:30 when it says you guys close at 11. I think the ginger girl should be demoted and have someone who knows how to be professional.

I order online through the app often and more times than not the wrong ingredients are added. For ex. Asked for pickled jalapeños and got pickled onions instead on several occasions. Extra salsa or sour cream and no/light salsa or sour cream instead. Wouldnt say something if it didnt happen a numerous amount of times, but the food slaps when its made correctly lol
