The Ramen I had here, Spicy Vegetable Ramen, was absolutely fantastic. The spice was just right for me, and the flavors were delicious. It was incredibly filling – I considered taking half of it home, so if you’re concerned about getting enough for the price, you don’t need to worry.

I’ve been here countless times, they know me at this point. Funnily Somehow I realized I haven’t written a review so here I am. This placehad been nothing but phenomenal each and EVERY time I’ve been. They never miss. Every bowl is perfection. Mabo Tofu is an absolute favorite!

I’ve already been here twice and they just opened this month. Very clean place with great vibes. Everyone says hello to you when you enter and everyone says goodbye when you leave. I’ve only tried the beef curry ramen so I will only speak on that. ITS AMAZING. I would recommend getting the spice level 2 and working your way up from there. The presentation, the flavors, the noodles, the curry. The absolute delight that this dish is cannot possibly be properly described. One thing though- the beef is very fatty. All of it. So the second time around I got it without.

In our first visit to this new Ramen place, we ordered both the red and white miso ramen options. The red miso ramen had a deep, rich flavor and salty profile, accompanied by thick noodles that added a satisfying chewiness. On the other hand, the white miso ramen boasted a lighter yet more flavorful soup base, paired with delicate, thinner ramen noodles. Personally, I found myself leaning towards the white miso variation for its unique umami flavors.

I can finally say that there is an amazing ramen joint by my house. I picked up the spicy white ramen with egg and corn. Absolutely delicious. The pork was cooked to perfection. The broth was spicy but flavorful. The noodles tender. The chicken karaaga was good, just a little dry. But the dipping sauce helped with that. I’m so happy they opened up a location by me.

New location. We went to try out this new location on a Sunday night around 5:30 and the place was busy. We took the last table available. Tables turned over quickly and customers were lining up by entrance the whole time we were there. This location is bigger than the one at Des Plaines, but still there’s no waiting area so if you have to wait for a table then you might need to wait outside. The menu is pretty much the same as the location in Des Plaines, wish they can expand menu to include the Masesoba from Chicago Ramen Lab, Rolling Meadows. Anyway the food was great, just like the one at their original store. Although it just opened this month, food and service was up to par.

Overall okay ramen. Chashu is really soft and thick. I really liked their noodles chewy and thick. The broth was so salty for me wish we could get a side of plain broth to dilute it a bit. Also, good customer service.

Overall, it is a satisfactory ramen shop. Since it is a new restaurant, service was a little disorganized, it took my party long to be be seated. Ramens all tasted well. Red Miso Ramen soup is thick and fatty with a little chili oil in top. It came with wide and thick noodle. Vegetable and Chicken Ramens come with standard regular Ramen noodle with clear but bit oily soup. Gyoza is deep fried and came with aurora sauce instead of regular soy sauce based sauce.

Got the red miso ramen. It has a rich, flavorful broth and wider noodles, and it’s really, REALLY good. Especially when you add in a lot of garlic. And I LOVE that they have fresh garlic at the table. The chashu is a thick cut that’s very tender and tasty when dipped in the broth.
