Went in this wing stop location Sunday evening for dinner I ordered a large 10 wing meal . The order came out wrong they did not add any sauce to 4 of my wings . I brought it to the manager on duty attention and she refused to correct my order and only offered a dipping sauce instead of correcting the order they clearly got wrong. I was so upset they made me eat my wings like a McNugget meal with a dipping sauce the manager should have made me the correct order . Very unprofessional customer service totally bad management.

So I did a phone order today and my friend ordered for me, the girl who took the order was very impatient and rude. She kept rushing through the order so much it made my friend not even want to order any for himself. I came in to get the order and jimmy was very kind and had great customer service he definitely bumped the one star to three.

Didn’t have a good experience. Took too long and they gave us an incomplete order. When we asked for the rest of the order, the manager came to our table to make sure that we’re not lying. We are dining and he walked to our table to search our bag. Then that’s when he gave us our wings. We waited for more than 45 minutes to get our order.

Ordered online on 9/5/2022 received a call back saying the were out of classic and my order would be cancelled so it was I would receive my refund within 10 days it took 3 phone calls to get that information and now it’s been 14 work days and no refund. What a joke and per manager whom I last spoke to stated owners were there and to wait till Monday. So here we are on the 14th day (Friday) 9/23/2022 still no refund?????? Visiting to get thighs, they had a tiny paper printed menu of their thigh meals on the wall that you had to lean over the counter to see. Rang me up and then a worker came over to say they discontinued the thighs. I explained that they should remove that menu from customers view and she just laughed. I decided on some wings instead and another worker came out and said “we would have gave you the thighs, but the ones we have are expired”…not a good thing to tell your customers…thighstop? Better rename it to why stop.
