Unfortunately, I have to lower my rating. My first order was great, but the next to times I ordered, the pizza was undercooked. The crust was too big, and there was way too much sauce in it. Don’t think I will order again from here. It’s a bummer cause I was excited to have a pizza place right by my house.

Mushrooms are from a can. Wings taste like the Tyson wings from grocery store. Sub sandwiches are small and not much filling. Overall not worth the price. By this I mean we expected fresher ingredients as you would when you go to a pizza place such as raw sautéed mushrooms and flavors that don’t seem like you’re eating high school cafeteria food. Service was horrible yes the employees were nice but they got their order wrong by not adding steak. They said 20 minutes but it took 30 minutes and kept taking the people who ordered afterwards first. Credit card machine was not working so they used another register and couldn’t use coupons online or inside so they put managers discount.S Too much money for the price was horrible ,17 dollars! For medium pizza is outrageous just for a veggie pizza. That’s really it I didn’t wanna give it a bad star because it was new but messing up this bad is just not acceptable they have to test everything before opening and repair it as soon as possible. She didn’t clarified the employee that we could only have two toppings. On the coupon it did say it was two toppings but she said we could add 1 more and we checked the pizza at home no steak just veggie and no ranch cup.

On 08/11 I ordered the 2 med 1 topping pizzas with garlic sauce crust, cheesy bread, and 2 Ltr deal. First the pizza’s crust did not have the garlic sauce on them. Second I specifically replaced the pizza sauce that normally comes with the cheesy bread with a Garlic Sauce Cup. Once I got home the Garlic Sauce wasn’t there. I called and spoke to a manager by the name of Emily who told me since I didn’t get it delivered I must come back to the store to retrieve my Garlic cup. Since I am already at home after working a long day I have no intentions of leaving the house. When I asked her what can she do to resolve this issue she seemed to not have a solution. I know it’s just a small dipping sauce but to me the order was not completed correctly. Maybe something to look at in adding into a how to guide when an issue like this arises.

DELICIOUS! I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and some cheesy bread for delivery. It was piping hot when the kind delivery driver handed it to me at my doorstep. I must say that I am impressed with the quality of the food and speed of their service. Glad I have a new favorite pizza spot in Hutto!

Your driver was late. Then he parked in the middle of a narrow street, so people couldn’t get past him. He also decided that it was a genius idea to put the soda in the hot bag with the pizza, ensuring a colder pizza and a nice hot soda. He didn’t care about any of this.

Honestly, the food quality is fine but the wait times are all over the place. I’ve given this location three chances and every single time they’re late and later with pick up times. I’ve done pick up from store every time and they’re 15-25 mins later than the app says. It’s so annoying because I have kiddos and purposefully time my arrival so we’re not waiting forever. I won’t be back to this location unfortunately because of this.

Way too expensive and the online website is not easy to use more not working trying to order and does not show you the cart for your order I call to ask to see if my order come through and the lady answered was so rude, and not polite or good customer service attitude (08/13/2023)I try to talk about the order online and she just ignores me. I end up canceling my order. No good way to get new customers this was my first order and never again
