Weekends there is always a really long wait in drive thru. 15- 20 mins and had to drive away with nothing ordered. Other than that, I’ve never a problem my order. Some gluten free products would be great!

This Dunkin is extremely slow and mismanaged. The employees I actually speak to are always nice and friendly and my order is often correct, but not always complete. Today I waited 20 minutes at the drive thru, 10 of which I never moved at all. And this was in the afternoon.

I was very impressed with the service that I received today at this Dunkin coffee shop. Speedy, friendly, and my coffee was perfect. Interstate route 95 is just down the road, which makes this a convenient and easy coffee shop for travelers heading to points north, or south after a wonderful Maine vacation.

At least one manager is nasty n rude. Half the staff is rude, the other half is amazing. They hardly get orders right and are constantly out of stock on several items. Very long wait if you go inside too! Lobby and bathrooms are usually not really clean either. Nothing ever super gross, just definitely not kept up with in timely manner. The parking is tight and the drive thru is pretty bad too. When my mom does the order thru the app/online for pick up, they mess it up every time too. If they kept stock up n weren’t so rude it wouldn’t be so bad.

it took several tries to get the order correct, which frustrated us as well as the employee. The temperature in the dining area was absolutely FREEZING to the point we needed a jacket and had to rush through eating to get out. The most annoying thing however was the decibel level of the crew talking, mostly about personal stuff. I have no desire to have to speak louder so someone at my table could hear. Very disappointed with the visit overall as you can imagine

Very slow. We ordered a medium iced coffee behind 4 customers in the drive thru and still had to wait at the window for someone to make the coffee. To all Dunkin owners: a customer should only pay for something that is made and ready to go. If I pay and have to watch you make my order at the drive thru, you are moving too slow.

Super courteous young man waited on me. I asked if I was eligible as a senior, for donuts with my large coffees. He cheerfully replied yes, and asked if I wanted the senior discount as well. It makes my trips to DD much more affordable. I love the Pittsfield DD!

I went to the drive thru on a Saturday at 6:44pm and asked for an iced latte only to be told by the young man that their latte machine is down because “we close at 7pm.” I then asked if I could have a frozen coffee…no luck there either. But I could have a fruity coolatta that I definitely did not want. Is it customary for Dunkin Donuts to get rid of half of their beverage menu 15 minutes before closing?
