We ordered delivery from Domino’s in Andalusia a few nights ago (Thursday 6/8). We have all unanimously agreed that it was the worst pizza we have ever had in our lives. I am not one to complain, but it was so horrible, this review it writing itself. First, I will start with the pepperoni pizza. It was not cooked all the way, and no one had bothered to cut it. So we were left to hack away at it with a butter knife. Second, the veggie pizza we ordered had so little cheese, it was like eating matzo crackers. Third, we ordered wings, and they were raw! I bit into one and almost threw up. We will not be ordering from there again. They clearly don’t know how to cook. On a bright note, the delivery showed up on time. I would have been fine waiting ten extra minutes for them to actually cook the food.

I was slided here. Yeah customer service poor. I bought a steak sandwich. Hardly any meat cheese was burnt along the sides. And the you couldn’t tell what the fixing were. I give them a thumbs down. Lower the price if your gonna serve burnt food .

My 14 year old grandson was hungry and by himself. Of course nothing at home would suit him. So since I had no way to pickup something I chose to order online delivery. Problem began with the site telling me they don’t deliver to his address. But they do so I called store to confirm. I had to place the order under carryout so I did and used my 20% coupon and ordered a 7.99 pizza and the garlic knot bites. The cost came to $13+. So I called the store back and told them to confirm it would be delivered. She told me that the order would be $22 instead, that the promo I used was for carryout only and would have to downsize the pizza. Omgosh. It had taken all of 35 minutes to place the order already. So I canceled it and placed another order, which was also time consuming considering the trouble of trying to sign back in and the site kept knocking me out. Finally, got the order in again. Had to downsize to stay in my budget because this time I didn’t have a coupon, the previous one wouldn’t work. So I did this and thank the good Lord my husband got his truck going in time to go get it. He got there and was told order was cancelled, then came back home. I sent him back. Finally got the boy his pizza. This all began shortly after noon and was finally complete by 1:30. All that time spent just to get my boy a pizza online delivery with a coupon and received no delivery or coupon. I started to call pizza hut because nobody should have to go through that much time, stress and angst to order pizza online.
