The manager has abandoned this place. The staff are untrained and don’t care. The Dunkin Donuts brand continues to spiral down out of control. Corporate should get involved for the destruction of their brand. This is a donut shop that rarely has more than 4 flavors of donuts if you’re lucky, and they are always out of coffee. When you say “I’ll wait for a new pot to be made” They come back with “It’ll be 30 minutes” and better believe they’ll do anything they can to make a 5 minute coffee pot re-up take that long just to spite you. Moving as slow as humanly possible between playing on their phones. These clowns want more pay, 401k, employer paid health insurance but stand around against the wall playing on their phones or vaping out back while the drive-thru and dining room area are filling up with no Donuts on display. If you hate your job so much, leave it! Let some competent people in, to include this “manager” in name only. There is no management here.

This is a fairly good Dunkin, they’ve almost always gotten my order correct and the workers have alwaysbeen very courteous. The drawback is that they can take a long time to complete the order. It’s hit and miss with the wait, sometimes they are very fast and other times slow. If I am not in a rush this is my go to Dunkin.

Inconsistent. I’ve had several instances of inconsistent tasting drink orders. Today, I politely brought a drink I regularly order inside to be fixed where I was told that’s “just how it tastes”. I let them know I order it all the time and it never tastes this way, but they said it’s what I ordered. This location is so close to our home so it’s frustrating that I don’t feel like I can trust what I order and that it depends wholly on who is staffed or makes it that day.

I walked in to a clean beautiful store, 4 visible employees,all concentrating in drive thru. I was never greeted, but they all saw me. I was the only customer in the store. I waited 5 (FIVE) minutes and finally asked if they were taking orders, and was told yes and they’d be with me shortly. More drive thru orders were taken before my order was taken. Definitely a lack of customer service and priority. When I received my breakfast sandwich it was cold, cheese not melted. Very disappointing. The iced latte was good.

All Dunkin locations struggle making iced lattes. But too often they don’t put enough shots of espresso, and sometimes put less even when extra money is paid to add shots. An iced latte with an extra shot that looks and tastes like only milk is insane. If you want an iced latte never go to a Dunkin, always go to the Starbucks right across 401 or drive to Cultivate Coffee in Fuquay-Varina or Muse Coffee in Garner

The staff was friendly however it took them 10 minutes to acknowledge me while I was standing at there at the counter. I believe that the reason they did was because I spoke up and asked why other people were walking into the store and out with their orders. The worst part was when someone walked out with the last two of the type of donut I wanted and then someone else came in and walked out with theirs . But on the flip side one of the people behind the counter peeked see if there was any to be placed out and apologized that there wasn’t. I accepted the apology however it would have been a more positive experience if they had taken my order or at least acknowledged with a nod that I was standing there.

I’ve become a regular here over Starbucks, the value is just so much better for what you get!! The app has great offers and my order is never wrong and I hardly ever have to wait too long either. The staff are always friendly too, even when I’m in and out quickly on my commute to work.

I ordered a chicken and vegetable wrap and they gave me a wrap with chorizo, I don’t eat beef or pork and I just bit into a wrap with beef/pork because they gave me the wrong thing. The wrap was sealed on both sides so I had no way of knowing and it was my first time ordering from here so I had no way of knowing how it was supposed to look. Very upset.

Everytime i come they’re out of some kind of COFFEE. Like is this a coffee place? I can understand being out of something else but coffee. Then the people waiting on you are rude. This is probably my 10th time coming to this store (I usually pad it even though it’s closer to my house to go to the next store) and everytime the poison waiting on me is RUDE. Why don’t I learn.
