As a Jimmy John’s, this restaurant is always clean and food is quickly prepared. It is a JJ, and overall, it seems they skimp on the meat for the size of the bread. Chips, cookies, and now brownies for sides. Cookies are usually delicious but can be hard at times, but that’s a corporate thing. No complaints here.

I went to the Jimmy John’s on Campbell lane in front of Walmart. I have always been satisfied with the freshness and flavors at this location. On Friday, Aug. 4 at approximately 7:30. I ordered take out, specifically a Thai chicken wrap and a Jalapeno Ranch Chicken wrap. The tortillas were dried out and broke off into about 60 to 70 pieces. It’s no wonder he didn’t cut in in half which is customary. The vegetables, far from fresh, were mushy and both wraps tasted like salt from one end to the other. I think he forgot to put jalapeños in it. I didn’t taste any jalpeño whatsoever. The sauce in the Thai chicken was good, unfortunately most of it ended up in the wrapper because the tortilla broke up so badly there was nothing to hold the sauce in the wrap. I used to enjoy getting sandwiches and wraps at Jimmy John’s, but I doubt I will ever eat there ever again!! There is NOTHING I would recommend here!

Absolutely, on my life, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My pregnant gf and I went it to get her a pickle, asked for it cut, and the lady said quarter or half as opposed to quartered or halved, my gf was like “a whole pickle cut up” the cashier audaciously rudely put her hands together in a chop chop cmon kind of way. Infuriating! I called this place and the manager told me “I was standing right there that didn’t happen”, she was making a wrap not watching, I said, “Check the camera”, to which she rudely replied “that didn’t happen and your language is what is rude, I pride myself on customer service!” Proud of customer service, which was god awful , while telling me I’m making things up (even though I said check the cameras) and am rude. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life, they should both be fired!!! Audaciously trashy!!!

I’m so glad there’s more than one location in Bowling Green. EVERY TIME we’ve picked up food here, our orders are wrong. Wrong ingredients, added ingredients, wrong sandwiches altogether. How do you call out “Club Lulu” and then get home with a Tuna sandwich…? So disappointing.

Great roast beef and provolone on French. Only complaint I’d like a bit more mayo. It’s a bit dry. If you order on the app there’s no way to request additional mayo. Still a good sandwich.

Longest I’ve ever had to wait. The manager girl had the nastiest attitude with customers and Co workers. Manager was preparing bread to go in the oven without gloves. I’ve never been so disappointed in a Jimmy John’s.
