2 times this has happened to me, first time I let it go but was waiting for my order for over 15 minutes when it should have been done upon my arrival according to the Pizza Hut app. Today I order again and even call and I am told that by 7:45 my order will be ready to pick up, just like the app has told me. It is almost 8 pm and I am still waiting on my order. This service is no good.

Every time I place an order I feel like I need to call the store before my order goes out for delivery to ensure I get a cold soda and not a room temperature one like today. This is ridiculous, it should be common sense. Such an inconvenience especially when you try to call them to, yes, to complain and they never answer the phone.

Just spent almost $100 on food, the service was horrible they had no cheese or crushed peppers the plates where still wet from what i hope was a wash! Didnt offer any essential, and to top it off my 1year old daughter had to watch t.v in silence. They couldn’t even higher the volume for her! She is 1 she cant read i mean thats the least they can do being that i just spend a good amount of money. And most importantly My Bf uses the bathroom and returns with a disgusted face and says there was blood on the seat of the toliet…safe to say iam NEVER RETURNING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
