Been to this location a few times. I can’t say the service is as bad as others have said in their reviews. They’re a counter-service restaurant and I don’t always get amazing service to begin with at those types of restaurants.

Often rude, always a long wait. I got a pizza made next door, and ordered and ate at five guys two doors down while waiting for my friends order to be completed. Then when it was finally ready I asked for my drink cup, the lady said, didn’t you get it already, I said no. So she gave me a cup and turned her back shaking her head muttering I sware I gave you a cup. So I asked what was that, because infering that the patient customer who just spent over $40 on their order would be ok with being called a thief and a liar over a $2 cup is horrible customer service, and bad business sense!

Well I must speak my mind. I had a horrible encounter with the general manger who proceeded to question me about how often I took the survey that offered a free fry . Not only did I feel interrogated, but I was also overcharged for item that I paid for, but did not receive. I was told to come back another day after traveling 15 mins to the location .I was recently banned here because I took the survey one too many times for a free fry like my receipt suggest. There’s no limit on how many times you can take a survey. This is America an I have the right to free speech whether it be on a survey or in person . When I walked into the store I was told that I can no longer be served. The gentleman in the face mask indicated that I had been an unpleasant topic of conversation. An even called me by my first name ! Not once did I get rude with any employee during any past transactions. There has always been a polite exchange of funds for food. To all that read this review , please don’t take the survey one too many times to discuss your experience . Management doesn’t like it when you tell them about your experience. They will spam your survey and not send you a new code ! Get your food and maintain a dignified silence to keep the peace, even if your experience is horrible .

Never had Wingstop wings before- today saw a ad for 5 free wings- decided to try it to see if it was better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Got 3 flavors- flavors were negligible to even get a taste, and wings were dry- jusr like Buffalo Wild Wings. First try, and last..

Finally a location close to home…We stopped after doing our weekly Costco run on a Friday evening to get an order to go. We got there when it wasn’t too busy yet – placing our order (2) medium orders (8 boneless wings with side & small drink) and was told 25 / 30 mins. We waited by running next door to the pet shop & when we came back (after 20 mins) the place was packed. It took an additional 15 minutes beyond the time but it was worth the wait. I had the lemon pepper (my very favorite) and mild (buffalo sauce) with veggie sticks (didn’t want French fries to get saggy on the way home). I did get an order of Cajun Corn (small). It was well package for the less than 5 minute drive home…Got home and the chicken was great, the ranch yummy with veggie sticks and the cajun corn was still warm & had interesting flavor to where I would definitely order it again. Overall I am impressed and thankful that there is one closer to my home now! I will be back

Absolutely the worst customer service from the cashier. When I called to say something about my experience, I saw and I completely understand where the cashier got his customer service. Because the manager was even worse. She couldn’t even hold a conversation without getting upset and repeating herself.

The first time I had this it was great. I then told my mom about it and ordered food a second time. Food was delivered and half my wing order was incorrect. See photos. I ordered garlic parm wings and I received plain grease filled wings. I called to ask for a refund on the wing portion ( I paid for delivery) all they could offer was to remake my wings and 5 free boneless wings but I’d need to pick up (why did I pay for delivery if I had to go to the store anyways?). I declined asked to speak to a manager. They said she would call me that evening. By 8 pm I had not received a called and called the store back. They said she’d call me tomorrow between 9a-12. Tomorrow is now today, no call. I called a third time. Manager isn’t working today. So she texted me. Highly inappropriate but good for proof when it comes to customer service. See message. Wing Stop, again, offered to remake my wings. At this point I want a full refund for their mistake and time it’s taken to deal with. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend. The person that help me with my online order was very nice. But the soda and ice machine was broken so no soda for me ‍♂️ I was offered tea or water i took tea and yes it was worm without ice ‍♂️ok the frys were undercooked. And the wings were a little dry. Its my lunch time so i eat them anyways.
