First time trying this Pizza Hut. I had to wait around a bit longer inside for my carryout order. No biggie, but I was a little bummed when I got home to see a lack of toppings on the pizzas. The tomatoes were hardly noticeable, and there weren’t nearly enough jalapenos. One pizza was also lacking some cheese…. That being said, their pan style pizza is really tasty and all of it got eaten. I hope the toppings are more plentiful on my next visit.

They did not deliver to my apartment which is in a safe area in short pump and 7 minutes away..so otherwise I would have given 5 stars..but I had to pick up when I did not feel like it .. next time will order the competition tried the pizza steak on it it was great

Nuchols Rd Location in Glen Allen is awful. All because of completely uncaring attitude and non-communication. I needed carside due to disabilities. Was told I needed to come in. I couldn’t. So they came out and shoved my food at me without a word. WHAT? Unacceptable. Food cold and looked days old. and $40 for pizza, one being a tiny personal pan?!

The product of the food that I ordered was over cooked. I asked why does it look like this when I never received the cheese sticks like this before. I asked if I can have another one recooked. The 2nd one that came out did look a little better. Here is where it took a turn for the worst. The server as she was giving the 2nd one to me she shoved it in my hand. I said was that all necessary? She looked at me and said I didn’t mean to do it and shrugged her shoulders. Her co-worker came from the back and he asked what happen. I explained to him what she had done and he said “she didn’t do that. I asked how would you know you was in the back. I asked for a manager and she said that she was the manager. I asked her for her name and the co-worker name and they refused to provide their names and told me that I have to leave. I did see on the wall that the GM name which is Brielle Wampole. I told them I give reviews on this store every time I visit and this has been the worst experience I have ever encountered at any Pizza Hut. This experience might hinder my relationship with Pizza Hut. I will let my family, co-workers, and friends know about the customer service I experienced at Pizza Hut on 05/25/2023. I wish I could have posted the pictures of both cheese sticks orders I received.

I ordered delivery today and the app allowed me to order but I was contacted about 20 minutes after my order to let me know that delivery was unavailable. I totally understand staffing shortages but I have tried to order in the past when delivery was unavailable and the app let me know ahead of time that delivery was unavailable. Today I was able to order on the app but then was contacted that delivery was unavailable and the manager I spoke to was quite rude and disrespectful. I asked him why he was being rude and he called me rude. He was very unprofessional and hung up on me. This happened today around 12:15. This experience has completely changed my opinion on ordering from this store again based on the manager’s attitude. This was unacceptable…even if you are having a bad day!
