Won’t go back. Seems to always be out of everything and everytime you go by the shake machine is always down don’t matter when. Everything I tried to order I was told we are out. Seems like a bunch of lazy people not wanting to work. Ask to speak to the manager and was told that they weren’t in. Ask for manager name and they wouldn’t give it. Don’t waste your time or $$$ here. At least in Harrodsburg, KY

Had left a review once and it has disappeared so I guess I’ll lower it to 1-star since it was a 2-star for that right off the bat. The reason for the 2-star was we spent $30 for food when they were out of the right buns for half of the orders, they shorted me on fries, they were out of sweet tea, and when I asked for condiments the girl at the window said they were in the bag but they were not. She was very rude and was over everyone coming there instead of Taco Bell because for whatever reason it was closed at 8:00 on a Saturday night. We have left our complaint online and waiting to hear back on that

Be last time I get a beef ‘n cheddar. Last few times has been hit and miss on decent sandwiches but this time, my first bit was into the skin of the beef. Might as well have been a slice of rubber. The service was good at least is the only thing saving them from a one star.

I don’t generally give reviews, but after the 5th time having ‘issues’ I want to share. Our order hasn’t been right for the last 5 visits. Food that was ordered was not given and food that was given wasn’t as requested. For an order of 3 sandwiches & 3 sides for 32.00, we expect a bit more. In all fairness, the employees were friendly and the food received was good. BUT, management needs to drive the employees to pay more attention to the orders they fill. And employees need to have more pride in what they do. Any job worth doing, is worth doing well. I know we all make mistakes, but 5 times in a row? And it wasn’t busy…no one inside at all and only 1 in front of us. If I go back….and that’s an ‘if’; We will check the order before pulling through. Upon calling the manager when we got home, it was offered to return and get all/corrected items, but didn’t want to drive all the way back out. All this being said, I imagine it’s possible for this location to be shut down if business continues to decrease and employees aren’t required to be proficient.
