This subway located inside the Walmart in Holly springs don’t try it from there I’ll not recommend this place and I was there today August 22 2023 around 3 pm and I order the subway but I unfortunately it’s wrost I can’t eat there food all the vegetables are not good and the lady over there whi is working she was on the phone which is so disrespectful to the customer 1st thing need to change there stuff customer service horrible..salad bar is rottan there is some pictures I attached to it. And the lady was so terrific with her costumer..

I ordered online on a Sunday evening after 6 pm. My confirmation email stated that the order would be ready at 6:40. I arrived at 6:42 to find nothing prepared and there were no customers at all. Two employees were there and one began making the sandwiches while the other was cleaning the dining area. He was spraying the tables and cleaning well, but I don’t understand why no one made our sandwiches or apologized…

Went in about 2 weeks ago for a teriyaki sub. I waited a minute or two and didn’t see anyone so I called into the back room. A woman holding a came out talking with her phone on speaker. She put the phone down, washed her hands and made the sub for me. I wasn’t sure if I even wanted one because both the meats and veggies were uncovered and didn’t look very good, but I had been craving this particular sub for a long time so I took the risk. When it came time to put the dressings she put way too much. The last one I told her just a little bit and she put the normal amount. When I finally got to eat my sub, the bread was old/hard and because of the overuse of the dressings, it was hard to eat. I basically just picked the chicken out and threw the rest away.

Went in at 7 o’clock and ordered for there. Once we all sat down and started eating they told us the lobby was closed for cleaning. They close at 10! Staff was slow moving and barely audible. Used a coupon and not sure they even took it off as they said they couldn’t give us a receipt because the machine doesn’t work. Also, we ordered a steak and cheese and they didn’t tell us they didn’t have any peppers until the sandwhich was already completely built. Also, the lady making sandwiches had her hoodie on woth hood up the whole time trying to hide her earbud that she was using to talk on her phone with.

Horrible. We ordered ahead on the app and had to prepay, will never happen again. Took 45 mins, no exaggeration, to get 3 sandwiches and then the associate had a bad attitude as well. Wish 0 stars was an option.

The subway cashier did not know what he was doing. He was making 2 subs at once, messed up both the subs and then told me it was not his fault that he messed up. Continuously mumbling behind the counter. And then said, just eat what you get!

first of all I love subway even though they amped up their prices like crazy, second of all I AM NOT A KAREN. But this subway in specific is HORRIBLE, their rating is a 92 but I received the worst customer experience I have ever had, and it is the same lady every. single. time. I went in there today there was no one at the front for about 5 minutes until i walked to see if anyone was there, sure enough it was the hispanic lady that wears glasses idk her name because she doesn’t wear a nametag so I am describing her appearance because she legit deserves to be fired. She is sitting in the back talking on speaker phone comes out and continues talking on speaker phone to her friend while holding the phone to her ear, doesn’t say a word to me and barely looks at me. Then she pulls out a deflated half cooked very clearly (no seriously) messed up piece of bread and is about to start making the sandwich, I asked if I could get a different loaf of bread AFTER ALL I AM PAYING 13 DOLLARS FOR A SANDWICH…….. she rolls her eyes and is like you wanted wheat right…. and Im like yeah but that one is messed up. Another customers walks up and asks “maam how much for a cup of ice”, and she literally doesn’t acknowledge her she just KEEPS TALKING ON THE PHONE. she makes the sandwich so badly everytime, i mean this time she was doing it one handed the whole time????? so all the toppings are just piled up in the middle like 0 effort at all and I am sick of having to deal with this horrible customer service everytime I want a dang sandwich. Price is up but the quality is the worst it has ever been…. you can tell she has a language barrier but still TALKING ON THE PHONE IN THE BACK……………………. shes never at the front when I go in there now that I think about it. Anyways I am so mad thanks for listening to my ted talk. The other people that work there are chill but i swear it is the same lady everytime i go in there. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN, TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER GO THERE AND TELLING THEM TO TELL EVERYONE THEY KNOW NOT TO GO THERE because DANG subway fix your business before you go out of business, jersey mikes is better anyway

I placed an order online. Wasn’t ready on-time. Currently watching her make sandwiches for people that were behind me line. She only took out my bread. Left it sit on the counter while she waits on other customers. Also, out of uniform. Completely unprofessional. Go to another Subway location. You’re wasting your time here.

Customer service at this establishment has gone down hill drastically. My son and I were in there yesterday (12/18/2022)and had a terrible experience. 1, it took almost 30 minutes just to get two sandwiches because the two people behind the counter were slow as could be making anything (even putting pretzels into a bag). 2, male working behind the counter that no only made our sandwiches but also took our money, did not tell us the drink machine was out of carbonation before he we took our cups to get drinks, there was also no sign on the machine. 3, when I approached the lady behind the counter to tell her, she just looked at me with a blank stare and just said “I know”. Did not even try to fix the issue to offer a resolution. I then asked her if we could get a drink from the fridge and she said yes. Still did not tell the other guests as they were buy drinks from her. 4, the male behind the counter started arguing with an 11 year old girl because she was asking for her sub to be toasted all because it was not normal for that particular sub to be toasted. Then he started arguing back and forth with the parents and then just completely refused to be the one to make the sub for them and walked to the back. 5, the family he was arguing with got their kids drinks from the fridge like we did and their daughter drank spoiled milk. I have pictures from where both the milk and the orange juice has been expired almost a month and yet they are still selling it to their patrons.
