Pulled through the drive through to pick up 2 quick coffees and a couple donut holes. She practically ignored us when we asked for the total. I asked for a small iced cappuccino and it was ok.. I got a medium instead of a small. Who knows what I was charged. Friend of mine got a medium, iced mocha latte and the size was wrong as well as the drink itself. They were given a plain coffee with no sugar or creamer (even though they asked if my friend wanted it) and no mocha syrup at all. The donut holes tasted like they were made 8 hours ago and tasted stale. Woman at the window was completely rude and closed the door in our face after we asked for an extra sugar packet. Horrible and not worth it. A shame the Starbucks across the street was closed.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The lady making our drinks had just blown her nose and didn’t wash or sanitize her hands. They keep the mixing spoons in a red cup full of this white liquid right next to the open drive through window. Lastly, the people who work there are aggressive and absolutely rude, not a single smile. Will not be returning to this location.

The gentleman was working by himself. He was touching food with his bare hands. He pulled the wrong donut and didn’t know how to make a frozen chocolate. I came in got correct donut still no gloves. He made me wait 10 minutes to ask what was wrong. I told him I wanted my drink to be remade. He made one reluctantly. What happened to customer service

The customer service at the location is terrible. I waited in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes and did not take my order nor there was anyone working at the window then I decided to get down from my car to order and I got a very nasty attitude from a female worker, she managed to tell me they were slow after staring at me with her stank face because “well there is nobody working there”. She did not acknowledge me when I walked in and refused to take my order and continued to have a nasty attitude as she proceeded to ignore me. I decided to walk out and had to go to a different Dunkin’ I’ll never be returning to this location, please save your time and go to another one!

Got a large latte. The coffee was terrible. Burnt and bitter. Asked them if they have options for other coffee beans or lighter roast. They said it was that or decaf. Lol if you exist to sell coffee at least sell a good one ? Panera drip is much better in this case. Had to spend additional $5 in a sandwich to cover up the coffee flavor and just threw most of the coffee out anyway.

While this location was busy (and rightfully so at 9am) they were superb. Pulling u pto the speaker I was asked to give them a moment, then promptly was serviced with such a kind attitude. I knew what I wanted but needed help and they fixed my drink perfectly. The lady at the window was so kind! Getting out of this location was a bit of a task but other than that, this was a great experience.

I have been to a lot of Dunkin’ locations and this one is run excellently. The manager is really kind and helpful. Once, my order was messed up because I was double charged. When I went in to get it fixed, she happily made me another coffee and breakfast sandwich. I really appreciate the sincere customer service.
