Understanding waffle House culture, this location was on par with the standard waffle house expectation. Food was prepared as ordered service could’ve been a little better, but my needs were met, and the staff was busy. Coffee was fresh no complaints.

After a 16 hour journey with family we checked into a nearby hotel. We were all super hungry and had no place to go. The hotel mentioned this place. And it was a delight to see an upbeat staff/waiter at a near 1oclock in the morning. We all filled ourselves with a super late night breakfast. The energy of the staff is exactly what we needed as we were having a really tough day. If I am ever in town again. I will visit this location. Food was good and tasty.

Went to get a to go order. The server taking the order was great. Friendly, smiling and helpful. However, I get home with the food and it was all over cooked. The sausage was burned. The grits were old and over cooked. The hash browns were so hard I couldn’t eat them. Very upset with the quality of the food. I am a local and pretty regularly go there, but I think I’m gonna give it a pass for awhile.

There’s something wrong if a Waffle House can’t figure out how to serve a waffle. Wife and I visited this store on Saturday around 10 a.m. Coffee had a strong burnt taste, waffle was burnt on the outside and raw in the middle. Waitress and cook never could figure out to serve us the waffle that was supposed to come with our order. Server told the cook about the undercooked waffle – he shrugged his shoulders and went back to cooking on the grill. Ketchup container was empty. Had to remind the server to subtract the cost of the waffle since it was never served. Finally got some fresh coffee, but cup was never refreshed.

We are once a week regulars. Little River location. Our Granddaughter Loves it! It’s Waffle House, there is no atmosphere… But the exceptional team here at the Little River location work extra hard to provide good fresh food, in a timely manner, consistently, at a reasonable price. They ask if everything is great, and if it’s not perfect, they replace it with a smile. They keep us coming back! The TEAM deserves accolades here!

Went there at 3am on a weekend, workers were outside smoking. We went in, and it was nasty! Every table was dirty. There was garbage all over the floor. There was no tp or hand towels in the female restroom. I honestly couldn’t believe we ate there. The workers were very nice and very prompt but definitely should’ve been cleaning and not out back smoking.

The service here is horrible. We went in and patiently waited to order our food, upon ordering our food some guests got finished eating and stood in line behind us to check out. As another server was taking our order Ms. Sandy moves her out the way and tells me and my family to move out the way so she can ring up customers that just finished eating. Now I don’t know if it’s a race thing but that’s definitely not how you treat paying customers. 0/10 would not recommend and Ms. Sandy needs to be fired for telling guests to move out the way (her exact words) to ring up customers that weren’t even ahead of us.

Traveled from NY and stopped cause we were starving. Waitress was rude and forgot half of our food. Hash browns were soft and mushy, not good, and when we went to pay, the waitress added everything up and said “well, if it’s wrong, it’s wrong.” To which I asked, “is the bill right or wrong?” And she shrugged her shoulders…… extremely disappointed
