Awful experience just now. A women took 8 min to take my order over the phone the to tell me at the end that because my order is more than $50 I had to pay a deposit / pay over the phone. I had ordered from here very many times and this was the first time I was told this and my orders are usually $60+. I told her that the man that always takes my order never asked me for money before arriving she said he is only the manger but she was the owners daughter. I told her that she should then train her staff and manager better to know what to expect. I understand rules are rules and I am more than happy to follow them, but then they should always be reinforced by everyone and to everyone not just when they feel like it or to who they feel like it.

Service was friendly, food pedastrian. Expected a lot more and was disappointed. Mind you, wasn’t bad….just way below what I expected. Beans overwhelmed the Pastor burrito, found it difficult in bites to even find the Pastor. Might try a different item if I go back.

I just had the worst food I’ve ever had in Watsonville California. It was completely cold. When I went up and said my food was cold and didn’t taste very good I asked for a refund. I was told that they would not refund my money. I had taken two bites. I was told no refund at all and they didn’t they didn’t care they were selling the business

We love the crunchy tacos here, they are the best.but everything looks good. Used a bogo coupon from a book I’d purchased and was charged 2x as much that day then anytime since. So I don’t recommend using the coupon… and you have to ask and pay extra for chips which is a little unusual for mexican food.especially during covid 19 when it was mando take out.id get home and realize no chips. Overall great food, average service, fairly clean restraunt, in a somewhat sketchy area. But the food alone brings me back agian and agian.

First visit here. It was a great experience! The food was Delicious and the service was better than excellent. I had a special request and they delivered better that I could have expected. Not a fancy place, but I did not intend to go to a gallery. If I am in the area I will visit again.
