The food here is way smaller that it used to be and costs more than before. The service was ok. The staff was friendly. The pmace seemed fairly cleem but a few tables needed to be cleaned. The food looked sloppy and slapped together but tasted ok. Plenty of parking and no wait in line to order. Would probably visit again if desperate for food. There were a few cars in the drive thru from what i could see. The wait to get my food wasn’t to long. Ambiance was good end enjoyable.

We have gone here for a year. I don’t know why but the service has slowly gotten worse. After the last two times, we won’t be back. BOTH times, I ordered a sweet tea and both times I got unsweet. I took it inside and asked for sweet and both times, the people working didn’t understand the issue. They gave me another drink and it was still unsweet tea. Today, the guy gave me a drink cup because I just said I would grab a different drink, and the soda machine didn’t work properly. I gave up. We have also had issues with messy burgers, where the patty isn’t on the bun at all. I’ve asked for extra pickles and got no pickles at all. And my husband asks for no pickles and always gets pickles. It’s like the workers don’t understand the orders and just give you whatever. We are done with this location.

I pulled into the drive through, ordered & when I went to pay, had left my wallet in my other pants. I asked them to set my order aside, I live minutes away. The said sure. When I returned, I parked in the pre-order space & went inside. They verified my order and made it fresh. They did NOT have to do this, it was my error. I thought that deserved a Shout Out for Service.

Terrible place. Workers are so inconsiderate if they feel like not being nice Their not if they feel like messing up your order they do. Everytime I go it’s a terrible experience THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION! they even leave a tag on the box to make you think they do it correctly but they don’t ever get it right if you have them repeat the order. Worst people on earth. I’ve been to better McDonald’s where the workers actually cared. Better service and happy workers.

Absolute awful place with borderline criminally bad customer service. Today I ordered a 20 piece nuggets on the app for 5 dollars. They charged me for 2 20 piece nuggets and an additional 9 dollars but I only got one. When I showed them this mistake they were very rude and refused to give me a refund. So I asked them to give me the 20 additional nuggets since I paid for them. They refused to give me the nuggets I had paid for either. This was after they were shown both on the app and on my credit card account that 9 dollars was charged. That angered me even more than not refunding me. You make a mistake and charge me 9 dollars for additional food and I can’t even get the food? Terrible.

I went through the drive-through to get my daughter and I some lunch. The lady they had working the drive-thru was extremely rude. She didn’t even let me finish ordering, before she closed it out and told me to pull to the first window. Where she again had poor customer service. Had my daughter not been Hungry and it was my lunch break. We would have gone somewhere else.

Used app to utilize deal, pulled it up in the parking lot, went through drive thru to be told I can’t utilize the code generated by the app. It was a buy one get one for 29 cents deal. It included 10 piece nuggets, quarter pounder, Big Mac, etc. Decided to not finish the order because of a lack of customer service. Instead of telling me we don’t have that code, maybe you should take the code or scan it at the window. Order takers need to listen, ask questions and not make assumptions. A sell was lost today because of the order taker didn’t ask for the code. Not a fan after my second issue trying to order using a mobile app code specifically for this site.

They asked me what dipping sauces we wanted. I told them honey. We got honey mustard. I always tell myself that I will sit and go through every inch of our order after it is handed to us, to make sure it is correct, before driving away. And then I don’t do it because I feel pressure to get out of the way of others. Let’s get the orders right! It seems like every time there is something incorrect. You would think McDonald’s would have it dialed in by now.

Drive thru was super slow, they kept messing up not only our order but the order of the person in front of us. The burgers were sloppy and one paddy was broken in half with both halfs on the same side of the burger. The worst part of this last visit was that they weren’t even busy.
