This is the sole problem, when you are picking up an order you place expect no one to greet you. I waited at least 7 minutes until someone greeted me, meanwhile I’m listening to the conversation that was being had, and it was about music, so it could’ve waited. I think this location needs more customer service training at least when customers are coming in, I understand self-sitting, but what about those customers who ordered food and have no idea where to pick up their food. Meanwhile another lady walked in with me and had to wait long as well. I guess if this is the flow of the restaurant more signs stating that would be helpful. And to top it off, my food was suppose to be ready at 8:45, it’s going on 9pm and they only made half my order. So I didn’t get my food until 30 minutes after the fact, again, I order on the app at 8:15, and it said it would be ready at 8:45, but it took a full hour. I also think better communication in the kitchen would be helpful.

The restaurant is trying a new model where you seat yourself, scan the QR code and then order your food from your device. The server will then bring out your drinks, silverware etc. Not a huge fan of this new way. Makes the experience feel more fast food style than dine in restaurant w/ a server experience.

I can not understate how awful an experience this was. The waiters and bartenders were cursing the entire time, so I’d say they were beyond rude. the wings were burnt to a crisp, barely edible, and when I showed up it took over 15 minutes to get service. Worse service than a gas station in the hood. Easily my worst dining experience the year. It felt like I was dining on the metro but a sauna version

last Friday I decided 2 step by with 2 friends after like 4 years because my prior experience, we arrived around 8 not busy at all, straight 2 the bar thinking that we r gonna get a faster service there (wrong choice), bartender said it was gonna step by soon when I asked her over the counter, we waited like 10-12 minutes, nothing happened, we asked one young server who was passing by, if he could help us, he was from the dining room, he told us that bar was not his section but he was gonna help us and after like 4 minutes he came back and took out order. nice guy!

Its buffalo wild wings, food is decent , drink are also decent. Their major advantage is the amount of TV they have to entertain you. I cant lie the wings are almost the same as 7 elevens especially with the fact that the skin is still on. Maybe because i had the traditionals. Either way we had fun with my family of 5 . It was great service.

Located in a busy place, but not crowded. Even with lot of empty tables, they took lot of time to serve the food and even to get the check. Food was not bad except for nachos. No meat in the nachos at all. They need more servers.

Very nice drinks!the bartender was on point and really working his butt off! we just wish he’d been a bit friendlier! but I understand how busy it can get!!!!!! friendly manager!!!!! the place seemed calm a little unusual but calm. Some people were less friendly. But those we actually interacted were friendly.

First off, turn the AC on. It’s like sitting in a sauna. Second, don’t make customers order online at a table, that is the tackiest and most irritating thing you could possibly do. Hire a server to do their job. The draft beer selection is also subpar. Food was ok, nothing great.
