The 1 is an imposed upgrade to the “0” had there been an option. Please beware of this location on Virginia Ave, they do not provide refunds for their negligent customer service. I literally used the drive thru and there was no sign. When I parked to enter the store, notice the picture attached to the cash register inside. The manager lacks customer service skills, would not provide contact for corporate and felt justified for detaining me 34 minutes foe a pot pie which I was advised would be 20 minutes. McDonald’s has superior sweet tea and this establishment is unclean. Beware!

This is terrible. My daughter & I went here after her appointment 3/2/23. Tried to call. No answer. We ordered (2)2pc meals. Our chicken looked terrible. Skin & meat off. They didn’t even have honey available. The woman at the drive thru window had attitude. Just save your $ and go elsewhere. This one isn’t it. No wonder reviews are bad. I’m calling corporate.

The choices given was very limited. There was a lot of yelling except for the one who took my payment, The loitering all around the parking lot was major The chicken was dry the biscuit was hard. I didn’t try corn being I asked for mashed potatoes. The cashier couldn’t give me a receipt. I was hoping the service would’ve been better since it was at the airport.

This was a horrible experience from begginng to end. I came through the drive-thru and they were more concerned with the timer than actually getting the order right or providing excellent service. As my friend and I was trying to order, there were two people coming through the intercom…confusing. I asked for 2 different chicken tender orders with sweet tea and an armold palmer as drinks. They didn’t have sweet tea so I asked for just lemonade, they didn’t have it. As I was trying attempting to ask for something else to drink, the employee asked me to come to the window because they’re on a timer. I get to the window to pay. We paid and checked the food it was incorrect. We asked for a receipt. They couldn’t even print the receipt. The employee asked for our phone to take a picture of it.

The service was god awful. My mom and I went after we had just left our cousins christening and were hungry, so we stopped at KFC. The lady didn’t let her finish the order. Refused to give us the receipt AFTER paying. The fries were over saulted, chicken was tough, just an overall bad experience from this location.

Cashier at window was friendly. I was told there would be a wait on my chicken strips, and told to pull to the front and wait. No one ever came out with my food. I ended up parking at the door then waiting another 15 min inside for my food. I got back to the car with my food and my dipping sauce was missing. The new Mambo sauce was great.. Not too spicy with just enough kick. It goes great with the strips.
