Slow service if you go in to check what they have. Probably the most unfriendly staff out of any Dunkin I go to. They are mostly teens or people who definitely don’t want to be there and they would rather chat in the back nook than take care of the lines that form inside. If you go here do drive through only since Dunkin makes drive throughs the priority.

Ordered 2 of the cookie butter cold brew drinks. Both made incorrectly and you can see from the photo they were both made with different even though it’s the same drink. They also left off the cookie crumbles. When the employee handed it to me he even laughed and said she made it wrong but “it’s fine” and walked away. If you notice somethings made wrong wouldn’t you make it correct instead of telling the customer it’s wrong and laughing… this location is always messing up orders. When they first opened it was great location, now it’s trash. Don’t waste your money here.

Make it make sense they’re supposed to be open inside and out and doors have been being closed and locked by 6 p.m just about every someone needs to get this place back under control then I come to the drive through and get told they’re closed and lights were out before 9 p.m when it was only 815 p.m no sense and yall need to get it together or all find other jobs on God

This new location opened in May 2019. The interior is mostly bare, with ~8 sitting areas. This location is definitely suited more for drive thru than it is for dining in. The new employees don’t seem like they know what they’re doing, and rely on the manager to make each order.

I don’t know what it is but everything is always either burnt and black or super undercooked or they just forget stuff. I have gotten home and seen that everything was charred and completely inedible. It’s truly awful. Just got home with 3 orders of hashbrowns and they are all black and hard. Not one is edible. Who pulls charred food out of the oven and bags it to sell to customers?

I usually don’t write reviews but Me and my daughters entire order had to be thrown away today after I left the drive threw. My bagel was charred black and they gave me whatever gross donut they decided instead of what I asked for. The coffee was burnt also and it tasted so bitter We almost threw up first sip. Y’all need to get it together this was unacceptable. I’m not going to this location anymore because every time it’s something I’m tired of having my breakfast ruined when I just want to quickly stop by a place that is supposed to be convenient.
