My visit to Chipotle today (7/3) around 3:15pm left me disappointed and compelled to give this poor review. Upon arriving, all 6 staff members ignored us. One woman after 5-10 minutes of being ignored for service looked at me and rudely held her finger up telling me to wait. She did this twice before another staff member finally took our order.

I literally JUST left this one and the girl with short hair on the line was rude. No “hello” or anything, just looked at me until I started ordering. I asked if they had more pastor chicken coming and she said “no.” and then scraped the bottom to give me the driest pieces of chicken I’ve ever seen. The lady who rang me up (the receipt says Maimouna) was very sweet. But overall, it was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in a chipotle. I won’t be coming back to this one, and I’ll be making my friends aware of the terrible quality this store has.

This is one of my least favorite Chipotle locations to visit. They are constantly out of items, only accepting online orders. No walk-in orders? What is that? Very poor reflection of an otherwise amazing franchise. But, it is still some of the best fast food out there.

Went for lunch. The food was ok but they only had 2 meats available. What was disappointing was that we sat at the table, and after having to wash off our own table that we sat for over an hour and watched the staff eat at then table and never cleaned the dining room our whole visit.

So I arrived at chipotle at 9:45 and James the manager refuse to serve me. Stating that they were only taking online orders. When I asked to show me we’re it stated in the restaurant that only online orders after 9 he just repeated himself. Saying we only are taking online orders. I asked for his name and his supervisors name and as I was leaving the restaurant him and his employees began to taut me. As if I was wrong for trying to come and spend my money with this business. I will be reaching out to the general manager and corporate. I have never received such poor customer service. And to make jokes about me as I was leaving was horrendous. Jason needs to be demoted or fired.

I’ve seen these type of messages on the door of this location, more times than I can count. They never have ALL of their products or the inside is closed/online orders only. Most times the dining area is a mess!! There’s always a message on the door!! Who do I need to contact??

Add this location and they had the best service in Richmond. I don’t know what happened management change or what half a time they don’t have a inside lobby open and digital order only it’s happened to me few times now in last few months, I was there on Saturday april 29th 2023 about 6:30 pm how was having trouble with my digital app to order I went inside us for is that anything I can do and I was trying to figure out I asked Health for the guy behind the counter. He said that either they settle order or you get can get out. Chipotle need to work on that management.

My friend and I dined in. The dining room was not clean. Food was hot and fresh. Steady flow of customers, most took their food and left. Trash cans overflowing. Counter around drink station needed attention.
