We’re visiting Orlando for a week and decided to drop in to Chilis as our dinner one night and when I say the food was super amazing. When we arrived we were told there would be a 45 min wait but we were seated within 20 min. Hostess was very nice. Our waiter was prompt with drinks and our food was hot and delicious. We’ll be back on our next family vacation for sure!

Chili’s was our very first vacation dinner spot. We stopped sometime after 6:30 and were greeted by the host and what we assumed was the manager. They explained that they were experiencing some unusual delays in the kitchen and only had one working grill. If we were thinking about possibly having anything in the grill, it may take a little longer than usual if we decided to stay. We thought that was very kind of them to inform us before we sat down. We decided to stick it out and ordered drinks and appetizers. Dinner didn’t seem to take that long after all. Food looked great but it seemed that Cajun spices were highly flavored in the kitchen because the food was a little hotter than we recall. Food was good nonetheless and the service was amazing as well.

OK folks I’ll do my best to get to the point I came in the establishment with my family I want to say I came at 3pm on a Sunday when arriving in the waiting are I saw a family of 6, a young couple and another family waiting to even be told hey we will be right with you we waited standing with arms crossed a good 15 mins multiple employees saw the crowd you think any asked how many or we will be right with you not at all, we finally get sat and be it short staffed or not there is no excuse for a business in the food industry to have garbage on floor or overflowing for customers to see, I was digusted with the fact that a food runner the person who brings out you’re food had the towell washcloth around his neck or shoulder as they bring food( incase some are unaware what this is the white wash towels are to clean tables and or used in bucket water with solutions) would you want you’re food served like this !? I think not the food arrived after a while of our order it was cold in some parts and sense the staff was maybe to tired or not enough of them the tables remained dirty for a whole hour. Weather it was poor staff planing or call outs how do you come into work notice the mess and not lend a hand to you’re own coworkers or employees my biggest concern is the food health and cross contamination after I saw that food runner and not a single person on staff asked them or corrected the issue. The only save you have is the server was nice but over all very lacking and not impressed and concerned on food safety and handeling liscence.

This Chilis has been around forever. The food is consistently hot and delicious. Service may be a bit slow as staffing maybe light at times. Lots of long pauses between visits to the table. Lively, fun atmosphere. Really a great value! The 3 for Me deals cannot be beat!
