Hey attention everyone, this is a great place to eat. The subs are amazing and the staff seemed friendly. The fact that it was started by firefighters and donates money to the public safety collection is another great reason to eat here. Every sub you buy helps keep the community safe. Had sorta a firehall feel too with the Dimondplated cupboards and firesuits and memorabilia.

Great location, very clean! Stopped ito get a quick bite to eat and there was no wait. Tried the brisket for the first time (suggested by RJ) which was a very good choice. The hero is another favorite of mine! Great team of young workers there who are very friendly!!

Food was wonderful as usual. I really miss the ability to sit down and eat rather than pick up and eat in the car, but it’s still a great sub! The Italian, fully loaded, is still the best sandwich on the menu. Tried to do meatball and pepperoni and it’s good but I’ll be going back to the Italian in the future.

Great place for great subs. Hook and Ladder sub with Turkey and ham served warm was excellent. Another store franchise owned by firefighters. They give back to the community. Their employees in this store should keep with the tradition of saying to customers “Welcome to Firehouse Subs”

Very poor customer service. I walked in to your store last night (Thursday,, May11) 5-6 mins before the store was closing and was asked if I’m “placing or picking up an order”. I told him placing. After I told the employee that I was placing an order, the 4 employees on site all bantering with each other, never took my order and ignored me as I was standing by the counter waiting to order my sub. Be sure to pull up your store cameras from 754pm-8pm to see this poor customer service in action. By 8pm, I walked out. Unacceptable!!! I called corporate this morning at 8am to share my 1star experience when they opened, however, I was on hold for 20 mins and hung up. I tried the call center 2 other times and waited on hold yet again but hung up. What is going on Firehouse Subs?
