Ordered 4 boxes for a Graduation party and they were awesome. Great customer service. Called the night before and they confirmed our order and let us know that we could make changes if needed by 10 AM the next day. Our order was ready on time and as expected. Our guests loved them. The new special wraps are so medicore. Love jj subs and had high expectations for these wraps. Talk about sounds good on paper! Taking into consideration the price they are a huge disappointment. The Thai was ok but I threw out the ranch jalapeno. Don’t waste your money.

We always go to this Jimmy John’s and have great experiences here! We are often met by Brett at the counter, who is very kind, informative, and patient. He is always in a good mood and gives fantastic service. The sandwiches were made at an incredible speed and were delicious!!! Keep it up!!

Horrible, laid my sandwich on the cabinet not even in a bag. Didn’t tell me my food was ready. They make u pay first. So I waited and waited while two other people behind me got their food. I walked up and asked the cashier where is my sandwich? He pointed and said over there. I said well why didn’t you tell me it was ready. He just stared at me without saying anything. So i walked to go get my own sandwich. And then I said can u put my food in a bag. He said get your bag your self, while pointing at the bags. Very prejudice vibes for me. The other people stuff they bagged were white. I do not plan on ever going back. On the way out the store my son said where are the napkins, the cashier and the other worker just stared at him, without telling us where the napkins were. This just happened today about 15min ago. Very disappointed in this miamisburg store and their staff.

I used to love this Jimmy Johns location. I also understand with the pandemic no business has gone without stress but with that being said there’s a reason for the 1 star. I placed an order 4/22/2021 for my roommate and I. After an hour of waiting for my order to arrive I finally called the store to ask for a refund. The taste for it had turned sour. I needed the funds back so I could order something for our, now, very late lunch. I made the mistake of not asking for the associates name but was told that my order was canceled and would be refunded. This was not the case. Upon checking my account the following day it was deducted $29.30. I immediately called and spoke with the manager Travis. I applaud Travis and his professionalism as he was limited within his position and did the best he could. He explained to me the order had not been canceled the previous day and the refund now had to be handled by the District Manager. I spoke with Travis 3 times in regards to this refund over a course of 2 weeks. Each time he assured me the message was delivered. Which I believe him! It’s been 2 weeks since Jimmy John’s has “stolen” my money in my eyes. As I paid for a service that was not provided. I have refused to order from this location because of this incident. I’m addition, I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. Which is down right ridiculous! Such a little problem should have been addressed head on and in a timely manner once passed on to a district manager. Do better Jimmy John’s.
