We love Moe’s and have always had good service at other locations. Butbthe Moe’s in Suwannee GA was weird. I asked for half chicken half steak and the said “we can’t do that, you need to order double meat”. Okay, whatever. I asked her to cut it in half (easier to eat). “We can’t do that”. Really? Literally every other Moe’s does. I order a couple side of Chipotle ranch instead of having it put directly on the burrito and got charged for them. None of this would be a big deal if it was standard practice across all Moe’s locations, but this is the only location where they were so weirdly stingy and lacked practical customer service skills. Thankfully I don’t live near this one. We were just passing though.

I bought a side of queso which is now more than 5 dollars and the employees put it upside down in my bag losing half of it on the bag and on now soggy chips. Not to mention my burrito isn’t a burrito since they didn’t even try to connect the tortilla. What am I suppose to do with this loose bandaid?Thanks alot…

Upon entering the Moe’s, it was dead empty. Didn’t think much of it and then once I started ordering, I started to see that it was my worst Moe’s experience ever, I really mean it. The portions were Nothing that they should be. I’m not exaggerating, I got 4 or 5 pieces of the protein, barely anything else on there and then they asked if I even wanted chips… it always comes with chips, why would I not want them. I attached the photo of the side portion they gave me. Place didn’t seem the most up kept. Do Not Come here. I rarely make reviews, really but this was so terrible. This is not to Moe’s standard

The person at the front was good on April 11th 12:30pm. I paid an extra three dollars for chicken and only received 1 scoop. The chicken is the best part. Throw more on and it would be better. Good tasting food otherwise. Great flavor, clean location.

Haven’t been to a Moe’s in a minute and boy.. this was terrible. The portions are so small. Had a homewrecker as a salad. No fried shells anymore and literally like a tsp of each addition to the bowl. Back to Chipotle. This was not good. Steak doe not taste grilled and it’s salty. Hmm

Probably the worst Moe’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered a quesadilla. The guy there was rude. Because of his accent, I did have a difficult time understanding him. But that’s not the issue. The issue I had was his aggressive demeanor and tone when I was telling him what I wanted added to my quesadilla. It was unwelcoming and uninviting. I shouldn’t be made to feel that by placing an order im inconveniencing him. He clearly doesn’t have much experience with customer service and that definitely needs to get checked. I had to tell him to properly toast my quesadilla which was annoying. He had someone else do it.

This is the very best Moe’s I have ever been to (out of locations I have been to all over the country), and it is consistently AMAZING! The staff is patient, helpful, and kind. They smile and work together seamlessly. I truly love coming here! The food is always flavorful, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant is always clean. I am so thankful for the service we receive here! The staff deserves to be celebrated for their hard work and flawless service delivery!
