Please beware. I’ve been here several times and this place has only gone downhill. Not only are the employees being treated like slaves but they are obviously understaffed. I see the same person in the kitchen, by themselves, having to make pizza after pizza for hours without a break. I’ve even heard a couple of them say they are never given the time to take a break for lunch. I don’t know how all Casey’s are but, there’s no way this should continue.

I’ll NEVER attempt to order a pizza at this location again. Their app is down, they don’t answer their phone, when they do answer, they say “the cook is on break, call back in 30 min” just to, once again, NOT answer the phone. Very rude and disrespectful. I have no problems with ANY Casey’s stores but this one. Poor poor poor!!!

Wasted my free pizza on a BBQ brisket pizza tonight. I got it home and barely had any sauce. You could only see a little bit of BBQ sauce up by the outer crust. When I called the store I asked why they hadn’t put much BBQ sauce on the pizza that it calls for. She informed me that they don’t put on there what it calls for because it will make the crust soggy. I know this isn’t true. Because I worked for Pam and she taught me the proper way and the pizza always came out amazing.

The worst Pizza that I have ever ate so much grease I ate three pieces and stomach hurts and gotten sick The worst place to eat pizza so greasy the grease just falls out of the box onto your hands when you are holding the boxes I have never ate so much greasy pizza in my life

Ordinarily this is a good place. I often order pizza here. I stop in 2-3 times per week. Today, though, was extremely disappointing.I bought pizza slice for lunch that was labeled “sausage & beef.” There was not a single scrap of meat on the slice. It was also almost burnt. Not a good lunch.

I was very disappointed after purchasing a large BBQ brisket pizza it had barely any brisket, or jalapenos just cheese & a load of ranch the eldorado Springs store made 1 for us it was amazing unfortunately not the same in Stockton

Today is September 13 about 5:30 PM and for about the sixth time in a row I have gone into Casey’s and tried to purchase something from the beverage area and it was missed marked in price… The cashier came over and I showed him where I pulled out the product and that it was marked at $1.79 for Ozarka water… He then told me that no it’s labeled as Casey’s water and someone must’ve put it there by mistake… Well that would be fine if it was the first or even the second time that it happened but this happens every single time I come into the store… I’m done never going into a Caseys again and I used to be a loyal diesel fuel purchaser and a loyal patron but I am done … You can cancel my rewards for all the thousands of dollars of fuel that I’ve purchased in the past

If I could give no stars I would. This Casey’s, my local store is going downhill and has been for awhile now. They fired the morning baker and haven’t been able to replace them with anybody close to them as far as production and quality. At 8:15 in the morning there are 2 sausage sandwiches no bacon, (I wanted) no biscuit and gravy. I ask if any coming out they say no not now, I can make one. No time to wait, if I wanted to wait I’d go to a sit down place. At 8:15 in the morning there was one person in kitchen and they are making regular pizza??? I’m so done with “our” Casey’s.
