The food was completely inedible. It was not fully cooked, which poses threats to my family’s health and safety. We even tried cooking it, but we could not save it. I don’t want a free pizza – I want a refund. That was $60 we spent expecting something at least edible, but not even close. And we had to scramble to find dinner since Dominos was AN HOUR LATE… I’m glad I used PayPal.

Ordered 16 Honey BBQ wings and peporoni med pizza on a Tuesday evening and this what we received very disappointing. I didn’t ask for drizzle BBQ sauce I ask for Honey BBQ wings!!!! This is a disgrace pass poor preparation and was of money. Tried to call and waited for30 minutes to speak to someone. Never.again.

We usually order from this Pizza Hut, but tonight we had a terrible experience. We ordered our pizza around 9 pm. I watched the tracker and saw that it didn’t get put in the oven until close to 9:30. Some time goes by and eventually it gets to quality control, which it stayed in for over 30 minutes. My husband called them and they said they were low on drivers. An hour and a half after we placed our order, my husband called them back to let them know he’d come pick up the pizza on his own, there was no need to deliver it anymore. He asked for a refund or something but they declined to do anything. When he got to the store, they had to take our order out of a delivery driver’s vehicle, after he specifically told them not to deliver it anymore. We finally got our pizza two hours after ordering it and my husband had to pick it up, and we were still charged the full price as if it had been delivered.

The worst dominos I have ever been to. I ordered pizza a bit after 10am when they open. I got a notification that the order was being made and I left to go get it. When I arrived at the store there was no one to be found. I arrived 30 min after they opened. The lights were on but no one was there. Doors locked and no one answering the phone to even get a refund. Finally at almost 11am someone shows up and I again have to knock on the door to get him to answer. They man didn’t apologize for the inconvenience and was quite rude issuing my refund. Note to dominos, don’t take orders and money from customers when there’s not even anyone to make the food, open the door, and answer the phone. Absolute piss poor customer service. Train your staff better.

Why have a 2 minute curbside delivery when the employees hit the timer before they get the pizza to walk out the door and I still wait 3 minutes after that. I don’t mind waiting for my food, but if you promise 2 minutes or free pizza, then you should get one of the two. I went in the store and the employees had excuses, grabbed wrong order, busy, etc. They were all standing around talking when I walked in. As I left I was told by an employee that I could just come in, which defeats the purpose of curbside.

The Sunday night manager at this store is rude and used profanity. I placed an on-line order, then waited 32 minutes for my order (after pizza was supposed to be ready for “car side” pick-up). Nothing! Finally, the manager came out and asked me to move my vehicle from the pick-up parking space. I asked when my order would be ready. He went back inside, then returned after a couple minutes and threw my pizza in my car. I will never order from this store again.

My first experience with this store was less than pleasurable. Placed an order 3 days prior via phone for an 11am pickup. I showed up to the store at 11 and nobody was there. The driver was patient and apologized that he did not know how to start the ovens to make my order. The manager, Will, showed up shortly after and immediately started my food. I was out of there with 8 pizzas within 25 minutes. Will felt bad the pizzas were not ready for the party on time, so he gave me a credit for 5 free pizzas. I picked up my free pizzas today and they were ready on time and delicious. Thanks, Will, for making my experience much better the second time around!!

I make a delivery order that never came and they never call to let us know if there’s is a problem. Took one hour for me to call the store and verify what’s going on and the pizza boy or employee kind of rude never tells me or explain what happened with my other and I ended up canceling. I ended up ordering at next door competition, Pizza Hut was way cheaper and delivery was faster I was impressed tip the driver twice. From this experience with dominoes, no even for free my family or friends will not buy from this location ever again.

NEVER AGAIN will I visit this Dominoes. I placed an order online and when I went into the store to pickup my order, I was given the wrong pizza. I noticed because I was missing another item I ordered. The young girl at the counter asked a couple other people working and it was obvious my order was given to someone else. No big deal, I have a common name, easy mixup if you aren’t paying attention. However, instead of just remaking the order, the girl informed me she voided out my order on accident and that I would need to replace the order and pay a second time. I asked if my original purchase would be returned to my card and she assured me it would in 3-5 business days. I replaced the order and told her it was fine and I didn’t mind. Long story short, I ended up being charged twice. I was never refunded on the original charge, as promised. I started calling on 11/18 and spoke with Maya (who I believe did her job correctly) and was informed that the general manager, Will, would be calling me back. He never did. I’ve called 3 additional times and each time was told that the G.M would be calling me back, but that never happened. Finally on the 5th call, I was told by the female answering the phone that I would have to dispute it with my bank. Seriously?! No one ever apologized or tried to fix this issue. I see now why this Dominoes has such negative reviews, considering their general manager can’t even do his job properly.
