The pizza is always great! Thin crust is crunchy thin, yet it holds up the generous amount of toppings. Everything tastes fresh, and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes. I’m there once a week now and they know me by name.

If I were, I wouldn’t go to Pizza Man. Since they let the meat sit in make line over night after they’re closed that can either break out or get accidentally unplug from cleaning the night before. They don’t clean w their ovens, let their employees wear shirts in the kitchen instead of paint. So if they burnt by an oven or by dropping a someone pizza on the floor. The company isn’t at fault, which is bad for business and employment. Even the employees handle raw with their bare hands without washing them afterwards and still continue making your pizza. The store it self had been flooded multiple times and you can see the evidence of it, if you walk back into the kitchen. Which can be bad for peoples health, because you don’t know what’s underneath all of the water damage.

I think they’ve lost a customer after tonight. Ordered 1 12” pizza, which usually would arrive in a half hour. After waiting an hour and 10 minutes, I called to find out what was up and was told they didn’t have an order from me. I shared my order confirmation information and they still couldn’t find it. Asked me if it was for delivery and I told them yes, and I have already paid for my order, including the service fee, the $5 delivery fee, and a $5 tip. So he said he would need to call the owner to figure out what to do. Ugh. 15 minutes later I got a call that the owner could find my order on a mobile app but it’s still not showing in the system there. So they would get the order sent out (which was read wrong back to me). Then after over 2 hours after placing my small order, the pizza was finally delivered! I had requested in my order for the pizza to be left at the door due to my dogs. But no… had to answer the door to accept the delivery while trying to hold back two 55+ pound dogs. Aargh. Oh, they gave me a free brownie that I don’t want as a sorry. They shouldn’t refunded my $ for the order to make things right. Was nice knowin’ you Pizzaman!

I like the pizza. Coupons they send on a pizza always seem to be expired on the next pizza. Yesterday ordered carry out pizza, when I got there it had been sent out for delivery. $43 for a jumbo sausage and a medium meat lovers.

This place is a total Mickey Mouse operation. Over priced with poor customer service. Put a to go order in was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. A half hour later the pizzas were just going in the oven. They also have a cash discount but couldn’t make change and didn’t apply the discount when I had to use a card.

I like their pizza as I can’t have @sammy’s pizza but their website is the worst experience EVER. If they just upgrade they website maybe people would order from more often. You can’t even navigate around their stupid website. So frustrating.

I just placed a Take out order, for a Meatball boat & 1 order of spaghetti! The Guy was busy & I busted his Balls on my phone order! {Not knowing he’sa Lone wolf at that time of night!} He remained a Pro & all was outstanding as usual! No water in the noodles! Bread done to perfection! Keep up the good work! Awesome sauce, & That’s why I keep coming back!

I decided to try the take & bake option and didn’t know if those are pre-made and ready to go or if you order upon entry. You order upon entry or call ahead. I stood there a few moments and was extremely impressed with the attention each pizza received. Mine was fantastic – sausage, onion, and banana peppers. All toppings were extremely generous and well distributed. This was already my favorite go-to for pizza in Burnsville. I’m more impressed having witnessed the preparation. Bravo!
