Ordered 2 – 3 meat plates for my wife and I and even paid extra for 2 ribs. We were really hungry so we got our food and left. When we got home we were so disappointed at what we saw. The brisket was burnt, chewy and salty. It’s looked and tasted more like jerky than anything else. The ribs were also burnt. My the pulled pork was also very salty. I feel like we got served day old food that they tried to hide by salting it.

It felt like the woman cutting meat was rushing me and my family to order while we were looking at the menu and when we finally got the food it was all cold some of it was warm but none of it was hot like you expect when getting food. Overall dissatisfied after looking at what I thought was a great menu. Edit: The brisket and ribs were both incredibly dry, the beans and fries were the only half decent things at our table. The 3 employees were two busy with a catering order to even accept customers. Went to the bathroom while I waited, it smelted and looked disgusting and there was a (coke?) knife by the toilet. What if a kid went in there and picked it up??? After waiting a bit I left. Going to a different Dickey’s. This location should be shut down. Ridiculous.

We recently stopped to get BBQ takeout. When I arrived the young lady that was supposed to be behind the counter was outside the store talking on her phone. She raced in to meet me at the counter but left her phone open on the counter. She didn’t wash her hands. I asked her to wash her hands before taking my order. She walked to sink and ran her hands under the water for no more than 10 seconds, dried them and came back. I asked her to wash them properly according the Health Dept rules and she said she did and was argumentative. I left and refused to purchase food. We won’t be back.

We went here around 3pm and was our first time there. It took us a little while to look over the menu to see what we wanted to order, (maybe 5 minutes), and they seemed annoyed having to wait. No other customers were waiting to order so it wasn’t like we were holding the line up or anything. My son wanted to taste 2 of the sauces to see which one he would like and they wouldn’t let him. Instead they just tried to explain what they were like. We then get our food and everything was cold. The only thing good was the fries because they had just made them. The bathrooms were both nasty also. The employees, all except the one at the register, were just very rude. Worst service and food we have ever had. We will never be back to that location.

Came into Dickeys and the entire lobby was trashed, ordered food and was excited about eating, but my sausage, chicken, and Mac and cheese all came out cold. The only warm thing on my plate was my beans. When my husband went to tell the workers about my food they said that there was nothing that could be done. Went outside to eat since the lobby was filled with trash. Overall super dissatisfied and disappointed.

I used to Love in NWA and would eat at this Dickey’s multiple times a week. Unfortunately I will never again. The food was cold and nasty. I ordered a baked potatoe that was dried up and burnt tasting. It was hot in the restaurant and it was dirty. The prices have went up but the quality is aweful.
