We went at 8pm. Tried to order a family meal of tenders. They didn’t want to make them (After I asked them why). Horrible staff, dirty restaurant (the manager was counting money and then touches chicken). This place has gone down bad. Go to any other location…but good luck. They ALL seem to be bad now.

My son is a big fan of the Popeyes Spicy Chicken sandwich. He said this particular Metairie LA (NOLA area) was the best he’s every had including extra Spicy sauce. Overall the store seemed clean including restrooms. There did seem to be some active renovations taking place so I won’t doc them on points. Marquee sign among things needing replaced/repaired. Staff was courteous.

I was told by the manager that the cashier was having a bad day, but she decided to take it out on me. She was rude and treated me like I was a problem in her day. From the time that I reach the speaker to the time that I spoke to the manager, I remained polite and even ask the manager what I had done to the cashier for her to treat me that way. That’s when the manager told me that she was having a bad day and not to take it personal. Manager was very nice.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Popeyes restaurant. I placed the order online and had to wait an hour for them to make it. I went through the drive-thru they asked me to pull around and they would bring it out to me. I waited 20 minutes before going into the store and then waiting for them to box it up in front of me. While I was waiting they were being extremely rude and complaining that they had customers coming to their place of business. The only person there who had any sense at all was the manager and clearly he doesn’t have that much sense if he has a crew like that. The entire crew was extremely rude and talking badly about customers in front of a customer.

Went on April 7th, ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. It was for my Sister’s young son, so I tried to cut it in half. When I finally sawed it apart, it had quite a few bones! My nephew could have broken a tooth, or possibly chocked on this! Called to complain, but no answer. Called corporate, was told a manager should call me in a few days! No thanks. I will never return to this location EVER!

Consistently a Popeyes that always seems to mess up an order. If I order in advance on the app, whenever I get to the store they haven’t even started the order. At least I haven’t seen the cashier in a while who said, ” I hate it when people order sandwiches.”

Rudest employees ever. The lady practically threw our drinks at us and expected us to catch them and kept rolling her eyes at us when we asked for the sauce that they forgot in the first place. Don’t go get if you expect good customer service.

The staff was friendly, but every time we try to order there is some issue. Last week it was the computer system down. Tonight it was no mild dark chicken – which I find is a problem at the vets location as well. I can see in the store and it looks like there is only two people working which suggests that it is a management issue. Clearly the staff doesn’t have the support that they need at a Friday night dinner rush. Sad cuz we like the product and the location is right next to a busy area.
